This is kill on sight nocturne...i tried it, it is very effective and deadly :D

Runes

I take attack speed runes cuz of nocturnes passive both of them so i can focus on dmg.. you get 38% atack speed + masteries 8% ..at lvl 1 you have 950 attack speed so you can easy fb

Introduction

If you like to kill other champs you will like this build.. i prefer going in lane till get boots and then go to forrest and terrorize

Items

I chose this items because of high attack speed , you can tank 3 champs easily with no dmg taken...so much life steal, dmg and attack speed
