What to buy first?

About the items I would probably buy the 4 first items any how the game goes.

After you buy Phantom DancerEither Infinite edgeIf you are dying alot if not and doing good on staying alive then Bloodthirsterfirst. :D

Dont buy BloodthirsterIf you are dying (wich you should try to avoid as much as possible) alot because you loose your stacks when you die.
Trouble staying alive?
Buy yourself either a

Frozen Mallet

Good Item if you want Health and you get some Damage also i would recommend this if you are in trouble.

Guardian AngelGood to have if you die alot or you play to aggresive and will maybe survive because of this item.

Banshee VeilGives you ability to avoid an Ability from an enemy every 45 seconds gives good stats. Not a bad item.

Be Creative

Feel free to try other defensive/damage items and all sorts of stuff. Try new kind of ways to play Nocturne with other items (But try not to build that doesnt really help at all:P)

Flash 4 life!

Flash works great with Nocturne! Its such a good escape tool. If you know how to use your ulti to maybe escape an upcoming gank you cant run normal away from try combining first ulti to the enemy most far away from you and then flash either through a wall or flash and run asap :P.

Ghost

Good item nice to catch up enemys but you got your q so i dont see the point i find flash more useful when using Nocturne.

Exaust

Exaust is a VERY good summoner spell. So easy to kill people and gank when you got this.
First your Q then run fast to your enemy then use E and Exaust if he still has HP and thats a really nice way to catch people and get kills.

Runes is nothing special good to have either Attack damage or attack speed. Armor pen runes is very good to have
