I start with Brawler's Gloves because you will have a pretty high crit chance in the beginning, wich will result in massive critical hits. Than I take ghostblade for the armor penetration so I can do more damage against tanks. The vampiric scepter is really usefull for that little bit lifesteal, and you can switch it with the zeal it just depends on the style your playing.
