Sell it, and buy needlessly large rod if you can. switch boots of swiftness to sorcerers boots

well your the killer of the team, if you learn to handle her and unlock the skill of creativity with leblanc...

1 sigil is powerfull!
2 distortion, to get closer to enemies/to it enemies after sigil (good when enemy is behind minions
3 sigil powerup, force enemy to recall or die
4 lethal chains, good attack/defense! abilitie togheter with distortion
5 sigil pump! because mimic comes next :D
6 mimic! KILL guaranteed. and you probably have mejai, or after this kill!
7 chains! dont forget to pump that defense as well you dont wanna lose mejai stacks
8 sigil pump KILL guaranteed
9 distortion, slay minions eachier (mimic to farm)
10 sigil MAX! Legendary!!! you will be hearing soon.. probably
11 mimic!!! Legendary or killing spree at least..
12 distortion, farm better then a farmer, if u still didnt took down turret
13 lethal chains. they will pop off serious damage by now with your mejai
14 distortion, very powerfull with ganking enemies with sigil
15 lethal chains, remember the chains damage at the momement the enemy pops in thier shield!
16 MIMIC! sick of hearing Legendary yet? here's more..
17 distortion, very good with teamplay in the end. when a melee champ hits an ally
18 lethal chains, help teamates or urself to catch lonely enemies, for easy killsQ

as you know you have 3 abilities(level 6) to KILL/get away!(distortion, lethal chains, mimic)
and you have the sigil to DAMAGE!/(silence) the enemy, so they wont interrupt your casting sequence!

if you GET A GOOD PRODIGAL SIGHT WITH LEBLANC U CAN OWN EVERY GAME!!!

the use of youre QWER abilities:

you can pop off various tricks :D
you have at least 24+ different ways of order to attack with her,
and each one has its unique BEST (at certain moments in the game)...

my favourite is to pull off a sigil at a tank minion/champion..
then when its reloaded,
