Description to the build.

For lee Sin is the key for Fame : Armor pen. try to buy it. when you have much armor pen. you'll do really strong damage with all skills.
You Vs Ashe or some low healthy champs = 1 ulti of lee and almost the half life is Flying away :)

Summoner Spells

The wierd thing of my builds are the Summonerspells.
Why the F... Surge?
Cause if you play as lee or an ad champ with low health vs another low health champ, the enemy thinks:"Hey i can kill him easy cause he has a low attackspeed = hit/seconds"
You:" Ha! Surge and the problem is Done!"
And you're sometimes right if the enemy is escaped it is because of his Skill or Luck.
