Take your red buff first but ask your team to give it to you smiteless and directly after the buff go for a gank but make sure it's the closest lane to your red buff so you can gank on level 2 while your opponent/opponents is/are level 1. After the gank go for your blue and some more from your jungle if you have enough health. Gank as much as possible and make sure that your teammates are winning their lanes if you see that someone from your team looses his lane try to gank as much as possible there but don't forget your other teammates too.
