Hi
This is my first build and its about rumble.
I bought him when he got released and Rumbl is just awesome!!! This build works perfect for me and i got awesome stats with him.

First i start with amplifying tome and a health pot. It gives me some ap which i need to harras. Then i go on with the blasting wand, which gives me some ap too.Now i buy the boots of speed , so i can escape when they try to kill me. After that i get the giant´s belt to have much more life (which is enough) and the sorcerer shoes. Now iam going to buy the void staff and the abyssal scepter which is a great combo. After that i get rabadons and zhonyas hourglass.

good: ghost, teleport, exhaust, flash , ignite
mid: clairvoyance,cleanse, fortify, heal
bad: rally, smite, revive,

worst: clarity !!! you dont need mana!!!!

pros

-no mana
-good farmer
-awesome harrassing
-you can get quite a lot of kills
-slow
- with his passive you can get towers fast down

cons
-kinda weak early game
- low life early game (after giant´s belt you have enough)
- his passive is sometimes annyoing

Play very aggressive harras them as often as you can.
