Introduction
Now, Leona is an extremely well designed tank. Granted she is slightly, and I stress slightly, underpowered at the moment she can still step up to a 3v1 and just laugh while the rest of her team is coming up to make the kills. This guide is highly Eclipse heavy, so before you jump to conclusions just start thinking about it. I know a miniscule amount about the theory crafting but enough to know that 190 armor is a bit much, but it is severely situational. I will go into further detail about how to play her and my personal style down a bit further.
-- Armor and Resists --
-- Health and Mana Regen --
Right now people are possibly saying, "Punk you are an idiot for setting up the runes this way!" I say Shush! These runes are strictly personal choice. I constantly battle between swapping the Greater Seal of Magic Resist for Greater Seal of Vigor constantly. Matter of fact when I get enough IP To build two full pages for my tanks ill have one for H/M Regen and the way i have her set up now.
The things to think about when setting up your runes for Leona is laning. If you go with maxing out Eclipse as soon as possible you have to remember the additional armor/mr that the skill gives, and focus on having it hit and activate for the 3 second timer. Keep your type of play style in mind when setting up the runes.
(( Ill edit this guide periodically with adding the graphics for the runes. ))

My item build allows leona to take very little, and when I say very little i mean it. I have played in games against Karth's where his ult (Between 6-10) Has done anywhere from 4-40 Damage and thats it. Granted, having his ult hit for that low requires a bit of good timeing with Eclipse, and the summoner to fail at itemizing.
Start off the game with Doran's Shield(This is where either your clairvoyence or your supports comes in handy.) If you have duel AP champs going to your lane grab a Null Magic Mantle instead of Doran's Shield.
--- Pure Tank ---
Following my item layout you should have a pretty good set up by level 4/5. If not your lane hasn't been doing a good job at creep managment or even just failing. I have been in games where they are able to gank my lane mate pretty early, push hard, and do a good job at harrassment and still be able to sit in the lane with them pounding on me. The main thing i suggest is to keep and eye on the builds that your enemies are working on. If they are pushing more AP then build Force of Nature first or even Warmog's Armor.
I have seen people post a few guides over Damaging Leona's and think they are amazing. Truth is, they probally are. That just isnt how i play. Leona stands a bigger threat to go ahead and build up as a full tank so you can just sit there getting wailed on while your team jumps into the fray and cleans things up for you.
(( Will be updated with alternate builds shortly.))

As time goes by and i finish writing other portions (( Currently in university waiting for the rain to subside so i can go home. )) I will add other little tidbits to push this guide into a better status and more in depth for play. Untill then dont just troll around, actually comment and have a decent discussion about Leona.
