The ability power runes are a waste imho. much better runes that you can get in replace of that, thats not alot of AP, you can get that from items really easy unlike magic penetration or CDR or mana regen for early game. so i think those should be changed. I didnt like the skilling order i did this skilling order focussing on E and W, and it is way too low dps.... the Q hits very high just like your E. Your build isnt puttin out that much damage really, ther isnt much a point of your ult being so low CD if it barely damages them espicially if they are stacking magic resist. Change the item build a little bit, and frozen heart is really not needed tbh... Just some things could be changed to much better other items. put in description soooooon! :D. lol , description is most importanttt for people new to lux. (:, +0 atm, ill rate once you put in the description because its not finished yet (:
