this is a AP / cooldown balance

for the start you get the Meki and 2 pot
potions have to be from what you think are needed but if you cant tell one of each

try to go home at 1705 gold and not before (this is about lvl 8) this will get you the boots and tear of the goddess.... the items that are needed if you go back any earlier are the basic boots and the tear (tear needed to get the mana pool up)

after getting the tear and boots (boots to basic or upgraded ... basic if it is going passed lvl 10) you get the Kage's lucky pick as this will get the gold flow up for the rest of the game till lvl 18

after this is done finish the archangel's staff
then a Zhonya's ring
then the frozen heart (start with the glacial shield for the cooldown and armor)

then the deathfire last ..... and i do mean last ,....... i only put in 5 items as a point that the 6th item needs to be dependent on the enemy team

if you are running out of mana and going home is happening way toooo often AND there is an enemy caster that is on your case get the chalice of harmony EARLY game (after the pick)

if you need more AP DPS due to large tank another Archangel staff befor finishing the deathfire

if you need to have that bit of slow and bit of health get the crystal scepter befor or after the deathfire

and the new health / movement speed cooldown item is ok

and the void staff is only if you see a ton of magic resist items

the is an expensive build and the pick is a deal maker
getting to the end of the item build almost will not happen
but just getting the frozen heart by lvl 18 is awesome

also with this build you need to know that it is ok and recommended to RUN and recall and generally back off if you feel like it

and getting kills is not a thing that will be easy until lvl 9
it is tough as nails to get kills unless the people that you are fighting ate dumb before lvl 9 due to the DPS that your turrets do is not targetable once you put them down and at lvl 9 you should have the blast shots that will whip a wave in a few shots

this himer build is ok in practice but works better as a mid in 5v5 then in a 3v3 due to the high cost items and some champs will cut you up ... some people will cut you up ...... and you need to be able to put up your dps before a fight or be finishing it as it starts as going in without it is not a safe thing

the turrets and stun are for chap killing and the missiles are to farm minion kills early game as you need to collect as much of the loot from the waves as you can

but as you need to GO HOME to fill up mana and health as often as you need to as you will run dry and no mana = no stun

by late game the grenade + missile should do a 700 damage range in a few sec ... add the deathfire and a turret and it can be deadly

at almost any point in the game himer is able to push at a whim and is hard not to .... this being said move with your turrets or when you have the ability to cast them
