Your purchase order is really really bad...... you only buy armor for such a long time without improving those items. sure.....you will deal heavy damage by doing so but your survivability will suffer! you did not think about heroes like ryze who deals incredible magic damage!
sure this build is supposed to be a jungling guide but..... you cant gank anyone without life!
you will have to jungle till you can afford warmogs and that will take a while......
sorry.... but i dont like it^^
though i did not vote yet..... i will have to try it out first but i dont think it will work for me.... especially because you dont recommend to max ground slam as fast as possible
