Introduction
The first thing I need to tell you is that this build is designed to work mainly early/mid game to harass, but later game is used to outright tank. Enjoy!
Seismic Shard: Malphite's signature attack. You deal damage equal to 60% of your AP as well as steal (rather than just slowing) movement speed. Perfect for ganks!
Ground Slam: Slams his fist into the ground and deals damage equal to half of your armour. Very useful for farming, but can also be used in a team fight to attempt to even the odds (dont count on it though).
Brutal Strikes: Also useful for farming as it causes damage to nearby enemies. Its active is useful for taking down turrets and chasing, too.
Unstoppable Force: This ultimate is fun, simply because you can scare the living daylights out of somebody if you do it from the brush. Its got nice damage and also gains extra equal to 100% of your AP, which is awfully nice.

Runewise, you really want to go for armour. In my build I use movement speed quintesences as well...rarely but it goes well against 'casters
You don't really need Greater Seal Of Regeneration but sometimes it can help with survivability.
Apart from that choose the ones you want. I don't really pay that much attention to runes on here :P

You DO need to use both Exhaust and Flash, mainly to harass as much as possible early game. DO NOT use both of them at the same time or you WILL have trouble when such a situation pops up after a few seconds. Yes, sure, Seismic Shard will help afterwards, but you dont want to use it straight off.
You CAN use Ignite as well instead of Flash but it does get a little tricky to kill late game if you do.
Try not to use any of the others. Some people will use Clarity but I don't; instead, I invest in a Chalice of Harmony.

First off, I suggest getting either
Invest into the Boots of Swiftness when you can, but try to aim for Chalice of Harmony first.
Thats the first 2 items you need; now:
Sell
You can either go for Morello's Evil Tome or Frozen Heart for your 3rd item; usually I get both but you can choose. Tome is for AP onto Shard and Unstoppable Force, and also gives nice cooldown. Frozen Heart gives a nice Armour boost as well as 500 Extra mana...and cooldown too (you may get one reason behind this build just from these 2 items :P)
Usually after this, I either go for Warmog's Armor, Force of Nature or Thornmail. Any combination of these 2 seem to work.
