Start with a machete and 5 pots. Later buy wriggle lantern, Berseker's greaves and build a vampiric scepter, Then go straight to Statikk shiv. Get Feral flare and build a Infinity Edge. Finally finish building a Blood thirster and a Last whisperer, and you are ready to go.
