First off your going to want to change your build sometimes depending on enemy Champs.

First I usually go for my Berserker Greaves and then I will head to my Philosopheres stone
then I usually head for attackspeed or dmg(Depending if there are squishes on the field or not, If all tanks/Dps then grab your attackspeed item, Sword of the Divine) Then get your Ghostblade. By this time you should trade in your Berserker Greaves for Boots of Swiftness (So you can catch that fast target you cant seem to kill) And then head for Frozen Mallet.(I usually have ended the game before I get frozen Mallet.) And if you even have more time grab Black Cleaver. With all your abilities and item clicks you should be getting up to 3.000 Attackspeed putting out 240dmg x 3 hits = 720 dmg! All that in one second PLUS Abilities used (Alpha Strike!) Adding in 300 dmg! Making a ***ping 1000 dmg in 1 second!

Now for my item choice here..
I took the Mana regen because if you don't have any mana you won't be using your Ulti, Alpha Strike, Wuju style, and in case you need heals, Meditate.
