as Provocateur said: you miss an item, mastery tree is way too focussed on defence, and warmogs wont provide you enough.
You miss a description, you focus too much on attack speed in your runes while your highlander skill would be enough to reach almost 2.0 i would focus more on criticals or on hit items,

only 5 items. Ex's Calling is situational / early-game and the Warmog is unlikely to provide much for you. Easily countered by armor. Mastery tree is a waste. I hope this isn't a final build.
