The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Masteries
The build focuses on early harass, make it rain mostly for slows, lifesteal and guinsoo's late for extra AS/AP for passive magic damage on top of heavy armor pen. It costs just under 13k total. Unlike some of the crazy builds (zomg 5x infinity edge), you can probably finish this in a normal game. If you're feeling lucky, a sword of the occult for guinsoo's will give you some more bang.
