From time to time I like to change 1 of them, that way it's faster. Ofc I could respec and add that 1 point into something else, but it's not that much.

One question not discussed. Why do you have 3 spell boosts in your masteries when you can only have 2 spells?

I did not count Youmuu's as it is a CD and so you can only have bursty AS which will not help you if you want to quickly push a creep line, burst a tower then maybe engage in a team fight 45 seconds later or even handle a not easy 1v1 defender, now you have no AS boost from the item if you used it either for the creeps or the tower.
You are correct that late game the extra mana is not needed usually but early and mid game it makes a difference and late game you gain the AD from the max mana you gained earlier. Basically converting the less needed mana into the AD you need late game.
I actually was not even saying you needed armor pen merely that you discredited armor pen when the characters were not stacking armor when it does still improve damage.
Also the only survivability you really gain from going into utility that I can see would be faster summoner cooldowns perhaps the faster ability CD? And you lose a bit more than just 10% crit damage for the faster summoner CD's

As for the manamune, later on you won't need that much mana and even if you did, you can get golem buff.

You said that my only AS was Impure Shots, but you didn't mention Youmuu's, that's a pity. Moreover, as you can see I didn't pick 6th item, so that you can take anything that you need. If you have team of garen, poppy, cho etc, then pick Last Whisper or maybe Madred's +(!) if you want more attack speed Last Whisper is there for you.

As for the armor penetration, I have also put armor pen runes. Together with Last Whisper and Youmuu's it should be enough ( it is for me ).

As for the masteries - this is also why I don't take manamune, I've got enough mana reg. 10% crit dmg is nice, that's true. Still, I like survivability more than 10% crit dmg.

Could you explain how Manamune is only half useful? Its a scaling item which gives you more mana and as you get more mana you also get AD. MF is very powerful at level 1-2 and having limited mana regen at those levels can force you to miss out on 1-2 kills depending on your lane early game.
Also you are correct that the 5% from the 21 point Mastery is not alone worth much, HOWEVER you also did not get 10% crit damage and you yourself mentioned she gets many crits even getting the runes for crit chance and crit damage. You also did not get the extra 3 AD and 6 armor pen, nor the minion damage or attack speed or AP from filling out the tree.
Also the fact you made a distinct point of saying everyone else is WRONG and make a point of bashing other builds I feel is a poor way to go about things on this site as well.

As for items you are using a snowball item which can be very worthless if you are getting focused hard in team fights which good teams SHOULD do, and even when you have 4:1 KD you still get killed a few times. Even with the scores you listed the one death or so could be enough to make other items more worthwhile. Also you are stacking AD but are AVOIDING AS, Impure shots does give you a boost but while your Ult is cooling down you are gimping your damage dramatically and relying on Double Up to carry your damage through a team fight. AS scales very well with high AD. I agree getting AS without any AD will leave you lacking especially later on but avoiding it seems to be a greater mistake.

Also you bashed the other MF for having arpen if you readHEREyou will see that you can go to NEGATIVE armor and still increase damage. Also most character (all actually) have innate armor without any armor items and the earlier points of armor stop more damage per point then later armor (there is a graph you can see on the link) in fact the first 50% of reduction is within 100 armor or so and some characters approach this number WITHOUT any armor items (blitz has 77 at level 18,cho has 84,Garen can have more than 100(passive on courage), and poppy has 90 to name a few)

as for the manamune and chalice. atm I don't use any mana regen at all, it's bit harder, but doable, and soloing golem is quite easy with MF even at earlier stages.

+ I agree with the skill order, it's a mistake. impure shots helps a lot, especially that lovely -50% heal..

I agree the build looks good, I would also think that the AD boost from Manamune would be helpful, though I can see where it's mana regen will not be as good a chalice much of the time. I am not usually a Ranged DPS character, so I do not know if I will try MF yet or not.

Overall your build looks very solid and very good, I would +1 it but the button is not working for me either.

Good build man, I liked it, as soon as I get money for her I'm trying this build =D

Only one thing, I would not go for Chalice, You said that Manamune is a small mistake, I think not man, it's going to work as a chalice (the more mana you have, then less problems you'll have spamming your skills) and it's going to give you AD, althoug MF isn't a Q spamming machine (such as Ezreal and Urgot, wich Manamune is PERFECT on them), it's a little help for her, if you want to assume a Mana Regen item, I would suggest going Manamune, not Chalice!

About the Skill Order, I would suggest Impure Shots before Make It Rain, I noticed in my games against MF's with a build similiar to yours, their Make It Rain was just a slow, the damage was insigicant! And Impure Shots will help you to kill more than Make It Rain, I would take it just for the slow, and other thing, after the LVL 6, you can't put 2 consecutive points in Double Up!

The rest is perfect, GJ man =)
