Hello to all who is reading this is my first shot at this so take it easy lol

The key to this build is Double Up and Make it rain knowing when to use these is key early on double up is what keeps your enemy champs to haft to recall and tower hugin and gives you advantage at farming minions What you do is throw down Make it rain on them not infront but on them or behind them cause if they're stupid they'll run into it

Knowing when to use Impure Shots is what people have trouble with when you are taking out a tower use it when you use your ulti use but be conscience of your mana cause you can drain it using this to much.

Bullet time is really deadly when used right because groups spread out like roaches from light its funny also using Impure Shots with this is amazing because of the extra damage

First thing you should buy is Ruby Crystal then head mid (or top or bot depending on who you have on your team, but mid is recommended cause of mount of leveling you can do solo)stay in the lane till you have 1500-2000 depending on who you are fighting, you shouldn't haft to recall until that point.

Buy Phage to give you more health and more survivability in the lane also get Boots of speed or Boots of Swiftness depending on how much gold you got then get back to you lane.

Keep farming minions till about 1500-2000 recall and get you boots if you didn't last time and get Frozen Mallet then again back to the lane by this time you should be about 10-13 level wise

At this time you will be hard to kill and fast again go your lane and farm gold then head back and pick up recurve bow or last whisper if you have enough gold.

You should be ganking top or bottom its best to cordinate your ganks with who is having most trouble in there lanes

Early Game:1-9 Level Basically farm mid and get your Items built as soon as you can.

Mid Game:9-15 You should have Boots of Swiftness+Frozen Mallet. Ganking is very fun at this time because Double Up hits So hard and the slowing effect from Make It Rain makes it hard for them to run away Using exhaust at this time is the key because they cant run when slowed.

End Game:15-18 At this point you should be pushing towers at there base and keeping minions from pushing lanes to your towers also this is when Bullet time becomes its deadliest because when its choatic and they are grouped up cause of the amount of damage it does.
