For those who brave the harsh seas of Runeterra, attaining one’s own ship and crew is the pinnacle of success. Sarah Fortune, a well-respected (some would say legendary) bounty hunter from Bilgewater, was able to achieve this feat just after her sixteenth birthday, etching out her name as the go-to gal for resolving special troubles. No bounty was too difficult or too dangerous for her feminine charm and her renowned use of her twin pistols, "Shock and Awe". Her success gave her the means to legitimately purchase her own ship - with a little flirtatious haggling, of course. Things weren’t always so fortunate for Miss Fortune, though. When she was young, trade ships began to dot the horizon of her quiet home along the northern shores of Blue Flame Island's largest chunk. Trade routes brought piracy, and the inhabitants soon found themselves caught in a frenzy of pillage.

One day, young Sarah returned home to hear gunshots and screaming. Her front door was smashed open; inside, she saw her mother lying in a pool of blood. A sudden blow to her head made her collapse next to her slain mother. The last thing she could remember were her attacker’s red eyes, as his face was blocked by a rogue’s bandanna. Miss Fortune has a strong distrust for pirates and she finds herself constantly bickering with the infamous Gangplank (the only captain to resist her charms) over the direction of Bilgewater politics. Her two goals: to unite the people of Bilgewater, making them into a strong and independent society, and to find the pirate who killed her mother. To that end, she has entered the League of Legends as a champion, trading her skills for the wealth and influence that will help her accomplish both.

Marks and Quintessences : +1.66 Armor penetration.With 9 of them 15. will be great through out the game, you lower your oppenent's armor which will make it easy for you to kill an enemy easily without using ablilites.

Greator seal of furor : +0.78% critical chance. With 9 of them 7.0% and with the items that i have shown you, you will have critical shots 3 out for 4 shots and will be above 800 damage. Great for last him or 1:1

Greater glyph of alacrity : + 0.64% attack speed. As for an AD( attack damage) carry, speed is your life. With 9 of them it will be 5.7% and with your Phantom Dancer and with your skill Impure shots, go crazy :)

Lastly
Greater Quintessence of Alacrity OR Greater Quinntessence of Desolation.

With Alacrity your attack speed will be 16% :)
With Desolation your Amor pen will be 25 :)

As you all know Miss Fortune's health is low, so with the boot to start will you can dodge, run or chase. with the heal potion just consume when ever you need it.

Life steal comes next due to ther low health, this will help you get more health when engaged and not so paper-ish :)

Complete the boots first:)

Wriggle's lantern is great for farming and life steal. For an AD carry, last hit for the minions is essential :) No money no iteams:)

Miss Fortune ramps up speed with her passive Strut if she isn't attacked by an enemy target. Avoid getting hit to move very fast. This is an exceptional passive when it comes to reaching lanes quickly.
■ Use Double Up on the furthest enemy minion if enemy champions are hiding in back; it will bounce to them for lots of damage.
■ Double Up can hit enemies in bushes, even without vision. Use this is to your advantage by bouncing it off a visible minion/enemy champion, in the champion's vicinity.
■Use Double Up on a tanky champion during teamfights and bounce it towards a squishy champion to maximize your damage output.
■ Use Impure Shots when facing opponents that have high health regeneration, or against anyone using a Health Potion. This will reduce their ability to heal and potentially get you a kill because their health was too low and thereby an easy gank.
■ Use the active of Impure Shots to take down turrets but also in team fights to provide the reduction to healing.
■ Miss Fortune needs to be farmed in order to be successful. In mid to late game, your Bullet Time can be used to destroy unchecked waves of minions that have gathered.
■ Use Make It Rain before using Bullet Time to keep your enemies in the radius of Bullet Time. ■ Bullet Time is able to go through walls, use it to surprise tower-hugging enemies.

■ Remember that Bullet Time and Make It Rain do magic damage regardless of how you build.
