Runes
Press the Attack is an intuitive keystone rune on Miss Fortune (MF) since you can activate it quite easily with your W and Q.
Overheal is generally essential on MF because it synergises with her W. In short, MF receives movement speed from her W as long as she does not take direct damage. This means that so long she is shielded while taking damage, the bonus movement speed she receives from her W remains active. You can take triumph if you like to all-in in lane. Presence of mind used to be broken with Manamune in season 10, but with the changes to the item those days might now be gone.
The reason why we take overheal is also also the reason why we take Legend: Bloodline. The additional life steal from this rune will enable you to shield yourself through the excess healing of Overheal. This in turn enables your W to last longer in fights.
Out of these three, I think that Last stand will generally not provide as much value as the other two. You do not want a low health bar to be your win condition as an ADC. Whether to choose Coup de Grace or Cut Down boils down to whether you want to prioritize the earlier or later stages of the game. Cut Down will on average enable you to do more damage over the course of a game, but most of it will be in the mid to late game. Coup de Grace is preferable if we want to prioritize maximizing your damage in the early to mid game. Since we are playing MF, prioritizing the early game makes sense, so generally Coup de Grace will be the rune of choice here.
The choice between Nimbus Cloak and Celerity mostly boils down to whether you want to a percentage-wise lower but permanent movement speed bonus, or a percentage-wise higher but only periodically available one. I typically prefer Nimbus Cloak because it can make quite a difference in clutch situations (heal to get that kill btw). Absolute Focus is nice if you feel confident that the enemy won't be able to touch you, either because you blow them up before they do, or because your team's composition won't allow it.
Gathering storm is a solid option in general for ADC's, because it strengthens your late game carry potential by quite a significant amount. It is additionally just superior to the other options available to us in the row of this tree.

Magical Footwear and Biscuit delivery are a good option when you expect that you will need survivability in lane. Footwear is helpful because it boosts your early to mid game potential through a nice gold injection. Biscuits are useful because 1) MF tends to suffer from mana issues in lane, and 2) they give you the resources to stay in lane much longer then you otherwise would.
Here I almost always take what has become the standard for ADC's. A mixture of attack speed and adaptive damage is beneficial in the laning phase. I generally take an armor rune because it enables negating some of the damage from any autoattacks by both the enemy ADC and support. Only if I think that magic damage somehow poses more of a threat (say a veigar / ziggs botlane), do I take a magic resist rune.
Summoner Spells

SUMMONER SPELLS
-
FLASH: Many have said it and I'll say it again: this spell is overpowered, especially on an immobile champion such as Miss Fortune.
HEAL: Besides flash, I generally run heal. My reason for taking heal is that you want to maximize safety as an ADC. More specifically, since your role as ADC is to be a late game glass cannon, you will need all the defensive capability that you can get. Heal enables you to do this through a burst of health and movement speed when you most require it.
CLEANSE: You can consider replacing heal with cleanse when you face heavy crowd control in lane (i.e., a Leona).
EXHAUST: If your support is an enchanter they might sometimes take heal. If you don't need cleanse for lane you can consider taking exhaust. It 1) enables you to win all-ins in lane by exhausting the enemy ADC and 2) allows you to self-peel against assassins in the mid to late game.
