RUNES & ABLITIES
I got with the full 25 armor pen, due to his Q ability, in 3's there's really no need for the 15+ Dmg rune build. Ghost > To help his Ulti and to help with gank's. Exhaust > For them tanky SoB that got all out armor, Exhaust + Ult = A Quickly Downed Tank (Also the 25arm pen).
!OTHER GEAR BUILDS FOR HEAVY AD!
There's another build i use - Instead of trinity, if the team is heavy AD, i got Doran > Boot > Hp Crystal > Phage > Tabi > Frozen Mallet > Trinity.
