All you have to do is, Last hit ALL minions and get up in cc. After level 3 start harassing your opponent using the combo, E, Q, W, to deal some early damage and then escape without taking any. If your opponent doesn't base, then once your level 6 go in for the kill, more than 80% you should get the kill. But.... if you do get the kill hurry back DON'T GET GANKED because then every thing just did meant really nothing. While you're at base pick up some item's and hurry back to repeat the same thing WHILE still getting some cc.
