Thanks kalicon for the tips, I made a few changes and am about to try the build out in game. Just let me know if the masteries are alright and if there is anything else I missed. But again its nice to get a reply with some help. :)

Personally I go with a Doran's Shield to start for health and health regen, then Spirit Visage(as Force of Nature is really expensive that early in the game) and Boots(based on enemy champions) then Frozen Mallot and Guardian Angel. Then after that is based on the other teams champions. I'd recommend not getting the Rylai's. You just don't need that much slow. I would get more defensive items like Thornmail or Aegis or an Atma's or Sunfire Cape. Your abilities look good but as for masteries I go with a standard 21-0-9 build for Mord for magic pen and more damage. And I would get Magic Pen Marks, Health per level Seals, Cooldown per level Glyphs, and Movement Speed or Health Quintessence for my runes. And of course Ghost and Ignite for Summoner Spells.
