I've played with this build several times and, more often with some minor variation, and just stumbled across this build. I can vouch that it works in some games, but not in others. This build is fine when your opponents are melee dps heavy AND you have another sunfire jerk like amumu on your side. I'm not going to call it a bad build but it's situational and therefore not a good one either. You should really post notes into this build about team composition and the when's/when not's to build this way as that would set it apart from the other Mord sunfire builds on this site. Nah, Don't, I'm going to do that. Your Runes/quints are also not ideal for this type of play.

Why stack Sunfire capes on a character with no Slows/Taunts or Stuns?
How do you expect to stay in range of their Ranged attackers?
And squishy early game? I thought Mordekaiser was supposed to be the opposite?
