Two Boots of Speed?
I stated if you read the actual type they did not add the Icon for the Ionian Boots that have Cool Down Reduction so I put the second boots of speed in as a filler until they do add it
Do people even read they Text or do they just look at the items and runes and thumbs down people?

i mean we all know two boots of speed level 1 adds up to level 2.
