Introduction
My personal experiences is that Ashe is squishy and I think i found a way to help balance her out. keep in mind that this can be built against and you must pay attention to that detail or this build will work against you greatly.
My over all Focus Of the fight is to Stay in the fight and to stack assist kills, not the funnest way to play but I try to remember that winning is even more fun than killing a few more champs. Early game about 8-11 and down depending on how comfortable you are with Ashe and the build try to worry abut last hits on creeps gaining you the maximum XP and gold furthering your advantage. LAST HITTING IS IMPORTANT
I went for mostly offense and even a little higher set than usual with 24 red. I focused on points that will benefit my over all build and generally increasing my Ashe over all. Leaving out smite, ignite, and exhaust points sue to my spell selection.
over to my utility, I spent 6 points here to help me stay in the fight longer and if i die get in to the fight sooner. 3 to reduce my time spent dead and that helps no one (And no one likes being dead!) and 3 to increase my heath and manna Regen and this will help me stay in the fight longer and be more helpful.

I kept a fast paced Damage skill sequence if you will leveling my W and Q as soon as possible. i believe it is logical to max skills you would use more often sooner. All though gaining gold is important if your lasting properly you balance out any how.
I do this due to the link in between Ashe's Q and her W.

I go with [*] Boots of Speed and 3 [*] health pots and head out to mid saving until I can buy the next item, [*] The Bloodrster then I'll increase attack speed or my damage depending on how the game is going with either [* ]Zeal or [*] B.F. Sword. Moving on to [*] Phantom Dancer and then [*] Boots of swiftness. I get them a little late due to the [*] quintessence of swiftness. Lately I have seen a lot of other Champions with Life steal so I usually get [*] Thornmail to give me some durability. Maximizing my damage I get [*] Infinity Edge. Finishing of my build with [*] Banshee's Vail. Again sometimes it might help to get Banshee's Vail sooner. It's a judgment call you will have to make. Sometimes I'll substitute an item for [*] Madred's Bloodrazsor.
Keeping in main the overall build Ive mixed some survivability/Gank skills together. I go with [*] Clarity and [*] Flash. [*] Flash for its obvious uses is an amazing skill with a little experience. I've run into a lot of controversy over Ashe using [*] Clarity but I find it help keeps me in the fight longer and even helps me trick some Foes into turret diving me and i kill them due to them thinking I was out of power.
Last hits, last hits, last hits! This is so important that it can completely cripple your champion and your team if you fail at this. Jungling helps a lot If you don't have a Jungler on your team in the beginning at about level 8-11 (depending on your skill) your it. don't forget to kill the dragon and help your team. Get in there and get the red and Blue Buffs to help you out in team fights or give them to a teammate. if you have a Jungler that doesn't mean forget about it, ask them if its okay. Team play wins.
