Introduction
Tryndamere is a champion often played by people who do not know how to play him, which brings sadness to my soul. The ability to do 1000 damage to enemy champions with your auto-attack is an experience unexplainable with words.
Hopefully, looking through this guide will give you some insight on how to play Tryndamere and show you how to go 25 and 3 in 3v3's and 5v5's.
I chose the Dodge runes because who doesn't like a flat dodge chance? You can also use it for any other character you play as with relative usefulness.
Armor penetration runes for doing more damage to tanks and everyone in general.
Crit damage runes for doing more damage when you hit crits, which should be over 3/4ths of the time.
Crit damage quintessences for doing the same thing.

-Brawler's Greaves first, get some potions as well if you feel like you're going to use them.
-Get your boots, fairly obvious.
-Work towards your Zeal. Brawler's Greaves will be consumed in this process.
-Get your Infinity Edge. If you have the funds, get the Best Friends Sword. If not, get the crit chance cape.
-Get the Fancy Dancer (what I like to call the Phantom Dancer), consuming your Zeal.
-I like grabbing a Vampiric Scepter at this point.
-*Decision time*: If the enemy team has tanks or they're stacking armor,go for the Last Whisper. This will drastically increase your damage output. You might want to consider getting The Black Cleaver for more attack speed and damage if the enemy team isn't stacking that much armor.
-If the game isn't over yet, get a second Bloodthister.
-If the game STILL isn't over, replace your boots with a second Fancy Dancer.

Basically, before level 6, you should be playing conservatively. Sometimes I like to pop Ignite and Exhaust and spin and slow an enemy early game, hopefully getting me First Blood and extra gold.
When you get Undying Rage, the fun can begin. If you're lucky enough to have an opportunity to take on a squishy champion in a 1v1, always take it. Don't forget to use your Ignite or Exhaust if things get tricky, though. Something exciting about Tryndamere is that if there's a champion with low health on top of his turret, you can pop Undying Rage and get the kill.
Whenever you can, farm minions to keep your Bloodlust up. Having 8 stacks makes you do a LOT more damage. When you get into team fights, be prepared to use Undying Rage because the enemy team will most likely target you first if you're playing correctly. I normally avoid getting into team fights with Undying Rage on cooldown, because I don't like dying.
