Spells:
Flash
Ghost
Ability Order
Mortal Will (PASSIVE)
Pantheon Passive Ability
The Runes i choosed are the following:
Greater Mark of Desolation x9 +15,03 Armor Penetration
Greater Seal of Vitality x9 +174,96 Health at Lvl 18
Greater Glyph of Knowledge x9 +230,04 Mana at Lvl 18
Greater Quintessence of Health x3 +97,02 Health
I take the Greater Mark of Desolation because your skills Heartseeker Strike and Spear Shot are doing physical damage, so you will need it.
The Greater Seal of Vitality and the Greater Quintessence of Health are because you will aleays need Health, cause i play Pantheon not as a tank with a lot of Armor but with a lot of Attack damage with less Armor, so i need Health.
Some people might ask themself:
Why the Greater Glyph of Knowledge?
I say:
Because i take Manamune in my Item build (its one Item that i will always take for Panth) that turns 2 % of all our Mana in Attack Damage. Also it stacks your Mana up to +1000. So when your Lvl 18 and you have 3752,04 max Mana and 2 % turns into Attack Damage, hmmmm, thats 75. Thats a lot, i would say ;)

Item Build:
Mercury's Treads
Manamune
The Black Cleaver
Last Whisper
The Bloodthirster
Infinity Edge
When playing Pantheon you need a lot of Attack Damage to rule the game. Thats why!
The Mercury's Treads are necessary because Panth is, when not beeing a tank, a little bit squishy when playing against mages.
Why i take Manamune i already explained ;) and i even have a second reason, Panth is a very mana hungry champion, because he has so little cooldown.
I use this Item Build for every game, because you have items against every sort of enemy, the Mercury's Treads for Mages and the Last Whisper against Tanks.
But when you are too squishy i would buy a Warmog's Armor for the Mercury's Treads.
