Muramana hybrid tf (old build)
[12.19] Currently full ap might be better in the late game with a stacked gathering storm, however you still need to be able to reach that late game. Also, you have to be more fed on ap tf to burst someone than to kill someone with this build, since u have better sustianed dps than ap tf.

This build was made a while back before the duribilty update, still, it is a fun build to try. This build provides Tf with significant sustained dps, while still allowing you to burst and kill most enemies within your stun. This in turn makes you very good at running around the map getting picks for your team, snowballing you harder.

At full build with Mana flow band, Mana mythic and Muramana, Muramana gives you 103 AD, 41 physical damage on-hit, and 86 physical damage on your abilities Q and W. W procs both the on-hit and ability damage from Muramana's passive. Assuming your using the first rune page listed without coup de grace and gathering storm stacked. Your auto attacks deal 104 magic damage plus 167 phyiscal damage on a target with 50 armour and MR, totaling around ~700 dps.

Assuming you're using the first rune page listed, with gathering storm not active and without coup de grace, a build consisting of Nashors, Crown, Muramana, Lich Bane, Deathcap, Blue pot and sorc shoes. Gives your combo of Gold card with lichbane auto and E, Q into 4 autos (which should be the amount of auto's u can land on a stunned target assuming no tenacity) does 2719 magic damage and 809 physical for a total of 3528 damage on a target with 50 armour and MR.

809 physical damage = (W = 84) (Q = 57 (Auto attacks = 167 x 4)

Keep in the mind the damage calculation for the hybrid build was without the use of blue card.

Running the same rune page with gathering storm not active and without coup de grace, a build consisting of Rocket belt active, Lich bane, Shadowflame, Death cap, Void staff, Blue pot and sorc shoes gives your full combo of Rocketbelt, Gold card with Lich bane auto and e into Q does 2482 total magic damage on a target with 50 armour and MR. using Blue card only adds another 355 magic damage for total of 2837 magic damage.

This build plays like normal tf with a few execptions. First of all this build is more of a early or mid to late game build depending on how fed you get. Getting fed early allows u to stat check most squishiest since they dont have mr or armour yet. Don't int too much early. Look for early kills/ganks, and ping for ganks from your jungler. AND REMEMBER TO START STACKING TEAR EARLY ON. This build is plays like Teemo in a sense, you walk up, stun them, Q and auto to death. A bursty Marksman you could call it. One thing to keep in mind is your main power/damage spike is at nashors, mana mythic and muramana.

SO HOW DO WE ACTUALLY PLAY?

basic combo is gold card into q, then auto till dead. If your stun runs out you can use everfrost (if you bought it of course) rinse and repeat, stun, Q and Auto.
