Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Me - I have been playing LoL for about 2 months now before that I played HoN for about 4 months and before that I played DotA for about 5 years, I have lots of experience in these types of game and average 6/1 K/D most games as well as about 150 creep kills. Nidalee is my favorite champion to play because of the diversity of being 2 heroes in one.
Nidalee - When picking a lane try getting a solo if you have played her before if not I recommend going down a side with a ally just to be safe. She is a early/mid gamer and to have a good end game you need to play good there. Try to gank a lot with her around level 8 remember to ping and talk to your team mates so it does not fail. Look out for miss calls (or mini-map for misses) as she is very squishy, I hope you enjoy my guide and it helps, happy gaming :)
-Great pusher (Lane and naturing)
-Good wards (If you know where to place them)
-Very nice support
-Skill spells (Practice makes perfect)
-Bad early game = Bad late game
[*] Cleanse - This I believe is a must the reason why you will mostly die is because of stuns, silences and other disables it allows you to keep the heals coming with out interruption.
[*] Flash - Good for escaping as well as chasing, also dodging towers hits if you go for the chase.
[*] Exhaust - Good for chasing down and ripping apart those who are by themselves.
[*] Ghost - Good for escaping and chasing as well.
[*] Clarity - This will allow you to stay in a lane for longer and keep the heals coming.
[*] Ignite - Good to kill those who are running and to finish them with your javelin.
[*] Clairvoyance - Quick cool-down allows you to get a view better also use before you throw a javelin into fog.
[*] Heal - Your heal is already good, this can be used for extra support though group healing.
[*] Revive - You should not dying but get this if you don't want to miss any action.
[*] Teleport - Nidalee already has great movement but you might want to get for bailing quicker as well as farming lanes/defending towers.
[*] Smite - Your already good at farming this is pointless on Nidalee.
[*] Fortify - Tanks should be getting just defend your towers as much as you can.
[*] Rally - I don't see the point of this since you will be moving around so much it doesn't give much of a bonus anyway.
This is a great passive when chasing and running stick to bushes when you can I guarantee you this will save you or get you a kill at least once a game.
Her javelin takes a lot of practice but once mastered it can be devastating use it as a last hit or harasser, often heroes will teleporting to base next to the tower on low health thinking they are safe this is where you should quickly chuck a spear away from any creeps (you want to be safe you don't hit them instead) doing this can pick you up some easy kills.
Her heal is probably the best in the game by end game you can be healing around 700 each cast this is great for pushing, ganking as well as keeping your self and allies alive not to mention the attack speed bonus it gives what is great for taking out towers quickly.
While in cougar form she can farm very quickly with a lot of AoE damage that is mana free as well as really fast cool-downs this makes her effective at last hitting as well as killing a wave of creeps quickly as well as nature creeps.
Always place traps around your lane to stop you from being ganked they are a great ward with 12 seconds of vision when set off by a enemy you should be throwing a trap down when ever its off cool-down to get good map control. Place them in front of natures as well as the dragon and serpent to see if enemies are nature creeping, also place in the rivers when you are moving lane to lane to provide a little more vision of enemies movement.
Here are some spots to place your wards (black dots)
Basically entries into the forest, pathways to lanes, river and creeps around the map.
I start with cloth armour and faerie charm this costs 480 since you only start with 475 it means having to wait at base for a few more seconds you should comfortably get down the lane with or just behind the creeps. If you don't want to do this get cloth armour and some potions. Please note the item sequence is not in any order though I recommend getting boots first build her up to those items depending on what you feel is needed at the time
If you spam spells and attacks to keep your rageblade on 8 stacks you will have a bonus 48 AP as well as 24% attack speed, when moving about just keep changing between cougar and human as well as leaping form as its cool-down is much smaller then it takes for the rageblade stacks to loose
