The Nunu of Nomington
Jungling as Nunu is a good idea for many reasons. He is a great ganker, with many slows and powerful AoE spells, in addition to fast movement speed for surprise attacks and chasing. In addition, his spells are not well suited for farming normal, weaker minions, but can easily cut through a few larger minions.
Basically, damage output, especially at earlier levels. This will allow you to do lots of damage from the beginning, and build more damage later. Health Quints are a good idea on any champ, and health quints plus Banshee's make Nunu a very tough champ to kill. One particular Mastery I'd like to point out is Strength of Spirit. This combos with Archangel's very well, and I recommend it for any mage champ with mana.
Flash is a MUST for Nunu. It will let you set up the perfect ult position without giving your enemy advance notice and time to run.
Smite is less of a MUST for Nunu, because of his consume (which is like heal and smite combined), but it will let you get blue first, and some more minion killing power is always nice for a jungler.
AP, AP, Banshee's, More AP. Kage's Lucky Pick will give you some decent AP early, but most importantly they will be your source of gold after the jungling phase ends. Nunu is a mediocre farmer at best, and these will help you finish your build. Banshee's is a must, unless they have literally NO CC's and their mages aren't too powerful. Otherwise, get it. The synergy with your ult is just too delicious.
Get your Meki Pendent and health pots and go straight to blue. Have your team scout the area to make sure no ganks are in check, and wait to get your first ability until you see that it's all clear. Once you are clear, get consume and wait. When Blue shows up, Smite it, let it hit you once or twice, consume, then pop your health potion and continue to beat it in. You will get fairly low, but don't worry, it should die around 90 HP left, and your consume should come up again shortly to finish off its lizard companions. After that, standard jungling rules apply. Gank if you can, jungle their side if you can, but be careful of mias, it may indicate a gank coming your way.
Later on, you'll be ganking more and teamfighting more, and perhaps you'll have to help shore up the solo lane, or cover while mid goes back. At this point your ult should destroy all but the tankiest of tanks. If a true five-v-five teamfight happens, let your tank initiate first, sit back and iceball until their team is about half health and CCs are exhausted, then run in and ult the largest amount of people possible. You should get at least a kill and several assists. Later on your ult will destroy anybody, but make sure not to pop it first. You WILL get focused to smithereens, regardless of banshee's. Wait for the teamfight to play itself out somewhat.
That's all I can think of right now. Nunu is a severely underrated caster and, in the right hands, can make any team regret playing against you.
(unless of course that team consists of nothing but stuns, but that team is bound to win regardless)
