after you buy ur starting deffensive items get the spell vamp from hextech to increase the amount of sustain u have in lane

your next item should vary depending on how well you are doing in lane if you are ahead go for the death cap asap but if you are struggling go 4 crystal. Then by whatever ever item you didnt get next.

at this point u have to really consider what kind of team you are up against not just who is in your lane if they are more ad heavy then go sunfire or zonias if they have more ap I suggest going zonias

buy Linadrys torrent or Void staff in order to deal massive damage to openents with higher magic res and finish off ur will of ancients and the increased pen will work wonders with your ap drain.

End ur build with either death cap or warmogs depending on how fast you are dying buy accordingly
