and its a team game its a TIP 2 go whit some 1 that can slow if you have hard time killing some 1 like a tank or a runner.....

1. Flat Health for Yellow runes works best for me at least. Early boost to Viscous Strikes is vital,
2. Get the Regen/Health steal item to Starks Fervor early, also the Warmogs Regen pendant will keep you in fights longer, helps A LOT.
3. Take rank 1 of Undertow depending on who you are lanning against for harassment sake.
I know I am forgetting something, w/e
