So this is a quick build i did on talon im sure if you follow it you can get plenty kills like i do. Talon is an assasin champ so do not play him like a tank stay at a good range from enemys only going close to them after you use your cutthroat skill. Cut throat will silence enemies this is huge!!!! early game . A cutthrot - rake - noxian in that order can result in 3 - 4 x more dmge dealt. Talon has to be able to spam his rake which is his strongest skill by far. Talons rake makes talon no rake ? no talon ?

Allot of people forget to do this and run around getting kills. You can farm and do damage when you play talon. Try to land your rake on as many minions as possible and on a champion or two if you can. After rake hits an enemy you can use basic attacks to farm the minions to save cut throat for any enemys that get to close.

Main Rule on any champion NEVER STOP FARMING!!

Some may disagree with me but i personally think talon has a very op ult.

First reason his ult does damage per blade that hits an enemy and he tosses out 8+ blades you do the math ;).

Second reason his ult does damage when it goes out and also when it comes back in.

Third reason his ult inceases movement speed when out and also stealths you.

So 8+ blades shoot out which dmge and 8+ hits when they go back in -_- you do the math !!

Talon will need blue buff not allot but once in a while to be able to spam rake. Also dont be afraid to go into enemy jungle with your low cool downs you can escape with just your ult.

Talon should be the "LAST" and i mean the very very last person to enter a team fight. You should wait till everyone is fighting then open up ur ult and cut throat the lowest hp champion and your ult should follow decreasing your chances of getting focused. Doing this will also confuse the enemy causing them to lose focus on who to attack.
