How about you stop downrating all my builds because you can't use the SITE? or because you thing i should maximized spear first?

k i play pantheon a lot i like your items but you need more damage to capitalize on his spells! you gotta change ur skill trees around and put spear a little higher up on the chain early game it makes harrassing and ganking a hell of a lot easier!

Riot tips... kk, do you use 100% recomended items than? They are riot tipped as well i guess not so it is not the best, it is just a tip what you can do. ArP marks are way far superior to AS.

I eliminated Black Cleaver since you have enough ArP from Last Wisper and instead putted Infinty Edge for a Crit chance boost..And crit chance bonus damage and armor penetration Quintesences instead of moving speed. + I use Atack speed MARKS for recharging the RACIAL faster..Look at the TIPS on riot playing him. They sugges a little bit os Atack speed boost. ^^ I am expecting further comments and suggestions.

Ignite - good choice for you coz you will have problems with killing by yourself.
But you also get Ignite mastery, what for? 10AP? eee? Also Arhaic Knowlege on panth?

Items are ok, well rounded but i dont think you have the AS to stack up black cleaver on your target considering you dont get on hit effects on your targets with any of your skills.

AS Marks? No thx. i highly suggest ArP.
If i would rate builds i would still leave it with nor -1 or +1, just 0. It is not bad but also not good enaugh for +1 imho.
