I agree with Lonewolf. think frozen should come before LW. But great build. think i can vote you up:)
Hmm... I'll reconsider this option, then. He is fairly low health beginning to mid game unless he gets Frozen Mallet first. I'll try this out soon, and rearrange the build order for now.

1 problem. last whisper is WAY to early, and frozen-atma's is to late, do the whisper after atma's
The reason this is, is to help with Pantheon's survivability. Build a Phage for health and damage before the LW, and then later is the FrAtma's combo, after a bloodthirster, in order to assist you in your ability to kill. The basic premise behind Pantheon, is that he is an assassin/carry char, so you go into the battle a bit later, so the focus isn't necessarily on you right at the start.
