Passive:
You channel jungle camps and after awhile you can come back and get xp and money. Good for getting ahead in lane. After level 5 any buff ur team gets u can walk by it and get the buff too or you can take the buff and share the buff with ur team as well.

Q:
It roots but is extremely slow so use when you know for sure you can land it, right clicking them would bring you into auto range of them. This works for teammates as well.

W:
Seems really bad if you don't know its passive but if you stand in a bush (ones you have made or ones around the map) your autos do bonus magic damage. You can use this for farming since early ur autos do nothing and be mindful of using when fighting when there nearby bushes. It is important and you should try to always have one up for emergencies.

E:
One of ur top abilities and is the only reason you stand a chance. Using it gives you a massive shield and after a bit it explodes and does good amount of damage while slowing. Very good in team fights as well, and during laning use it to win trades and deny pokes.

R:
U summon ur daisy to beat up people. In 1v1s it is your most important piece of kit and allows you to kill stronger top laners. Every third auto attack does floor spikes and knocks up. Use ur e on her and make her towards enemies for the slow. To move her recast r while it is active as if you were right clicking so pressing r on a champ will target them.

Early Game (Till Level 6):
Play patience and safe when possible try to get pokes in and deny them cs, if they ignore you punish them for it because you can do tons of damage level 1. Let them push up wave because pre 6 is harder to deal with ganks. Use your bushes and shield to help you cs if you want.

Mid Game:
If you poke them down enough you are able to all in but make sure especially if they have hard cc keep your distance use bushes (alot forget about them) and use daisy to help them keep their focus off of you. Use opportunities to roam mid or invade their jg. Otherwise do the same as early game and just farm. I recommend farming jg if you can defend urself if you run into anyone, so mostly only if you have r or flash.

Late Game:
Auto attack use bushes in team fights and shield your team when needed. Very good for denying assassins.
