Introduction

I believe people are lazy to read.
New Conqueror
"When fully stacked, heal for 10% of damage dealt to champions and convert 10% of that damage to true damage"
So - 1% damage dealt to true damage.
Let's look at 10% of healing from damage dealt.
That would be broken on Amumu and other prolonged fight champions.
For Amumu, it's not about the damage, it's the healing that helps mumu in prolonged fight.
It would be a fun build to play around.
