Start: The Brutalizer (1337). Optionally, buy a health potion. It won't hurt too much, even though healing effects are reduced.

Next, you'll be getting your boots. I put AS boots as a default, but adjust accordingly. The AS won't be missed that badly. If you're running dodge runes, obviously, ninja boots. Afraid of getting CC'd, tenacity boots. But honestly, they won't help much anyway. You're already all-in usually. If you're having trouble 1v1, your exhaust should come into play.

Grab a phage after that. At this point you'll feel quite naked having two incomplete items, but don't fret. If you have an extra 420 gold, go ahead and buy a dagger.

You'll finish the black cleaver next. If you have 450 left, grab a scepter.

Build a Stark's. This is not an option.

Complete frozen mallet.

You have the option here of either going for a Sanguine Blade or completing your ghostblade. Do what you feel is necessary. I will usually complete the ghostblade unless I have enough for another BF sword. If you're fighting a Jax or something too you'll definitely want it.

Hit Q, W, then E. Left-click on your target. Hit R while right clicking your target.

If you have a ghostblade, hit 1 right before E.

You don't need dancers or an IE. You have sick armor penetration and lifesteal, and you'll be knocking the piss out of people. You'll have 60 ArP on top of the 45 from the cleaver and 20 from the starks. You'll have 35% LS + the rampup from Sanguine.

This build is not going to automatically win any fight, but so far this is the best build I've come up with.
