The threat of your W is your best friend in this matchup. You can Q + W into his Q to get a stun on him, but a good Cho will just silence you and poke with his W.
If u get into a trade you win usually, just make sure not to get poked early on.
Once he has bramble and steelcaps you cant kill him no more.
Ornn
[Conqueror]
Parry his CC, stay close to him in teamfights, so he cant get an ult for free.
You can allways pick trades with him, as you are much stronger.
Garen
[Conqueror]
He wins with short trades as he heals up, so make them longer by fighting not to close to his tower.
You cant stun him, but your W still avoids a lot of dmg if u block his.
Dont stay in his E to avoid dmg.
Easy vitals give u a rather easy laningphase, as he has to stay away from his minions to heal back up
Aatrox
[Conqueror]
you can parry his entire kit, so its an easy matchup.
Rush executioners and stay close to him during trades, so his first 2 Qs cant knock you up.
A good Aatrox wont use his third Q to get lower Cooldown, so choose the time for your W careful, as you want it to start a trade.
Camille
[Grasp]
If u parry her E or Ult you win the fight. Dodge her W with Q towards her or away from her.
Vital + grasp burn through her passive shield to help with trades.
Irelia
[Conqueror]
Dont let her stack her passive
You can W her stun and ult to deny any value. Dont let her heal up on your minions.
Go for shorter trades, as longer ones can help her turn things arount with Conqueror + lower CD + your minionwaves arriving.
Sion
[Conqueror]
Easy matchup, keep fighting him, as you are much stronger throughout the entire game.
His Q is rather hard to predict with your W so just try to dodge it with your Q and engage on him. If you cant Q out of his Q run to an edge and W just before you leave, as that is the last chance for him to hit you.
If he tries to roam with his ult you can stand in front of him and parry to get an easy kill
Nasus
[Phase Rush]
Respect his lvl 6
Early you beet him rather easily with your vitals
His Ult makes it really hard for you to kill him, so run away with phaserush if he uses it, go in after that to win the fight.
Without Phaserush play much saver when he has ult or you are low, so his W doesnt completly destroys you.
Mercury's dont help against Nasus Wither because it keeps recasting!
Buy Executioners once he starts scaling.
Lategame you cant 1 vs 1 him
Mordekaiser
[Conqueror]
Punish him whenever he uses his E by jumping in it with Q + W and stunning him. You permanently have the advantage while your W is off CD so just zone him off the minions. Really easy to win this matchup.
Despite all that, Mordekaiser will allways find his way into the game, so try to impact your other lanes

He has antiheal in his kid which is annoying, but if u manage to parry or dodge his Q you are winning the trade. If u dont missplay you win

Annoying but not very hard matchup
When she uses W and you did more dmg before, just go away to avoid her outplaying you.
Yasuo

If u stun him with his third Q you can kill him, but he can windwall it.
Just farm and punish him if he tanks your minions early on.
Quinn
[Phase Rush]
if u engage on her with Q + E she will usually E directly as response to create distance, allowing you to W her E, stun her and proc PR to get an easy kill.
Whenever you can predict her E and get a stun off its a really good trade, and possible kill, so try switching up between engaging on her with Q + E first and directly parrying her E to follow up with Q.
Illaoi
[Conqueror]
Bad Design, her E is the only way to deal dmg to you. Just respect her Ult, tell your Jungler not to come if she has it, as its just gonna help her and play a safe laning phase. Later in the game she is useless once she used her Ult.
Sett
[Conqueror]
play it safe early on, if u get a parry on his E you win.
if he has a vital towards you you can Q on it and predict the E with your W at the same time to get a stun an potential kill.
his W is still too strong, so dodge it whenever you can. If the center of his W would hit you its allways worth your Parry to avoid the dmg.
Riven
[Conqueror] + [Boneplating]
skill matchup
Dont try to parry anything but her third Q, as its the only one you can react to. with Boneplating you can win fights if she wastes her abilities to farm, but only take short trades.
You can try mindgames, by Qing into her third Q and stunning her, or just use Q + W to get in her W range and parry it, or just engage with a Q without W and cast it half a second later.
You can literally play this matchup as a 1 vs 1 for 10 hours straight with a friend because its so much fun.
Yorick

Super annoying laner to play against.
Whenever he has ghouls and/or maiden u cant really fight him.
Get Rid of the maiden if he stays away from it.
if u go even through laning phase you can 1 vs 1 him whenever he doesnt haev maiden but you have ult as long as he doesnt have too many ghouls before the fight starts.
Shen

You cant really kill him if he plays safe.
I recommend just farming, maybe even get cull first item and only fight him if u parry his taunt and stun him. Try to haev Tiamat by lvl 6 so you can punish him whenever he ults away. keep shoving waves to his tower and roam midlane or enemy top jungle to get as much value as possible.
Tryndamere

I dont really see Trynda being played top anymore, but you can allways Counter his R with your own, as you wont have a hard time hitting all vitals after he clicked rightclick one time. start fights with W to get the attackspeed slow and you win fights. from lvl 6 on you should play it safe. Deny Rage early to take a lot of pressure away.
Pantheon

if u manage to dodge or parry 1 or 2 of his abilities you win fights against him. other than that try to rush steelcaps and sustain him on lane. Push to punish him whenever he uses ult to roam.
Kayle
[Phaserush]
This matchup is all about zoning the lane. You want to zone near your tower and engage on Kayle whenever he comes too close to deny as much farm as possible from lvl 1 to 6.
From lvl 6 on you want to fight him with R only, to mirror his ult-sustain.
Phaserush helps you to get kills early on as you get MS and he cant slow you. If your jungler is on top side clear wards as Kayle with give you easy kills pre 6.
Olaf
[Conqueror]
You wont win the lane unless he makes mistakes, so play it safe and wait for lategame, as you outscale him super hard at some point.
If u want to take a lot of fights go for executioners.
Darius
[Phaserush]
Allthough with Conqueror you have the potential to kill him after you parry his E I prefer to go phase rush and run away if he hits it, since its really hard to predict. Play safe and farm. if u are even at 2 items you can kill him with ult as long as you parry his Ult

You can call Jax Riven with a Twist.
You dont know when he will recast his E so you can play mindgames with him as you can with Riven. HOWEVER: even if u stun him, you arent guaranteed to win the trade, because of his ridiculous dmg and sustain. Try to play it safe and run for your life if u need. If he jumps on you you can W emidiatly to hit the slow and run away, possibly stun him if he had his E active before jumping on you.
Wukong
[Conqueror]
Is this even a toplaner anymore?
On lane, you will haev a rather hard time if u dont manage to parry his R after 6. Before you are fine as long as you make sure to have short trades against him. Try to poke vitals so cant block them all with his clone. Take red trinket to help finish him off.
Only use ult on him after he used his Clone.
In teamfights you can counter him by jumping into his R with Q + W if he tries to go for your teammates to stun him and cancel his R.
Gnar
[Phase Rush]
Gnar is a rather strong enemy for Fiora as he can hold the distance against you really well. With PR however you can catch onto him as minignar. If he is mega gnar you can parry his W for an easy stun and burn him down with your vitals as long as you stay away from walls. If he jumps on you right as he goes mega gnar you can jump onto him with Q to creat some distance to a wall and possibly him.
If he goes Brumble and steelcaps before you have a lead you cant kill him anymore and both of you will be strong in the lategame anyways, so just play it safe unless you get help.
Urgot
[Grasp]
Dont try to fight him unless you get a stun off. Only go for easy vitals, as you will just help him if u dash around him. In lane you will need help to kill him most the time. You can parry his W and Ult to deny kills on you. If he goes Bramble you can completly forget the lane, so dont pick Fiora into Urgot if possible.
Volibear
[Grasp]
New Voli has made its way onto the toplane as counterpick to the likes of Irelia or Fiora. He has really strong base dmg and almost allways runs Bramble so you will have a hard time taking trades aganist him.
You can stun him to get good dmg onto him, but need to run out of his E at all costs. As long as you parry his Q and dodge his E you are fine on lane and can eventually get into the game.
Renekton
[Conqueror]
You can trade him as long as he doesnt have fury.
He is really strong in lane and will probably try to bully you out of it.
If he ever uses E to get close to you Q away and run. he will E after you and stun you. If you activate E after dashing away he will be even more likely to go aggressive, so turn around and W onto him right after your AA hits him, as he will try to stun you at exactly that moment. You can either try to kill him at that moment or walk out depending on your HP. This is a really fast move to pull, but once you know how to do it you will be able to reliably pull it off to get an early lead against a hard matchup.
Malphite

You dont win this lane, so just play it safe, build mercury's early in the game and try to wait for the lategame. You can parry his Ult to get a kill if he tries to towerdive you, but its hard to pull off.

Has annoying poke, but you have ways to deal with it. If you get into a trade, make sure he doesnt stun you with his W, but with his Q, E or R as you can react with your parry to those to get the stun off. If u can cancel his ult with your W you almost allways win, allthough he will often just run out.

you dont really have any counterplay here, so just play it safe and wait for your lategame.

Very annoying poke, can run away, cant be stunned by you. Wait for lvl 6 and try to all in him with ult + fulllife or ask for junglers help

Bramble + Steelcaps will give her enough power to dive you with her jungler. Play it safe, dont trade and wait until lategame.

There arent a lot of Synergies that I know off, and Fiora can allways get value on her own as Splitpusher, but she is also one of the heros that, when having a lead, can get really OP with a Yuumi.
In General Synergies are Junglers with CC to help you secure kills on toplane, as Fiora is a very snowbally champion and can really shine with some kills.
