Master Khaeve´s guide to Kha´Zix

Evolve order
This depends alot on the game. As mentioned, Taste Their Fear evolve vs. tankier matchups and normally evolve Void Assault first vs squishys. If you started evolving Taste Their Fear, evolve Void Assault second, and the other way around. You can also evolve Leap second if you are insanely far ahead. My last evolve will be Leap if I'm far ahead, and if I'm, not I will evolve Void Spike to help picking targets for my teammates and easier picks for yourself.
Why conq Kha´zix?
Conqueror on Kha'Zix is being spammed by top players right now. In games vs many fighters and bruisers this build is absolutely nuts. Kha´zix is a really strong fighter, because if the cooldown reduction with his evolved Taste Their Fear. You can still assassinate, and you can 1v1 almost any champion. Now after the reworked conquerer is not as strong against tanks, but vs fighters like Xin Zhao it is even better and i will highly recommend using the keystone.
First clear
For finding your first clear, there are multiple factors to take in mind. Where will your enemy jungler start? Do you want to contest Rift Scuttler or will you try to avoid having confrontations? Maybe one lane is easy to gank and you want to end there after you hit 3? Red side is normally the best side to start, since the camps give alot more xp and gold, and you want them to respawn asap.
My standard route is Red Brambleback - Krugs - Raptors - Blue Sentinel - Rift Scuttler , and if you are certain that the enemy jungler wont contest the blue side Rift Scuttler you can take Gromp after Blue Sentinel . There are always possibilites to work in ganks between the camps if the possibilty arrive. A little after this, you would back and head botside again for your Krugs and Raptors to spawn unless there are lanes open for ganks. Now with the jungle xp "rework", its also a good choice to start blueside because Kha'Zix isolated q takes both grump and blue buff really fast. After the changes in jungle xp, blue side start is more common.
Jungle creep XP and gold table
Raptors 112 gold 170-230 xp depending on creep level
Krugs 160 gold 267-420.5 xp depending on creep level
Wolves 100 gold 165-222.5 xp depending on creep level
Gromp 86 gold 165-222.5 xp depending on creep level
Blue Sentinel / Red Brambleback 100 gold 165-230 xp depending on creep level
Rift Scuttler 70-140 gold depending on creep level 165-280 xp depending on creep level

Here, you can see just how much more red side are worth. That is the main reason you want to start on the red side, because you want them to respawn faster so you can benefit more from the gold and experience, and use it to snowball. I often dont kill Gromp and Wolves too many times, since there is often more efficient ways to get gold, like invading or ganking.
!!!!!!THIS TABLE IS NOT UPDATED TO PREASEASON YET""
Early game
Kha'Zix isnt the strongest champion in the early game. But a good Kha'Zix player will be able to find picks early on. Focus on finding easy kills and ganks, and fighting only when your enemy is isolated. If enemy jungler is stronger in the early (which many junglers are) try always to make plays in the opposite side of the map. Focus on killing red side camps as soon as they spawn and ganks some lanes to get kills, burn Flashes and forcing them to recall .
Mid game
The mid game is where you start to really shine. If you found a couple kills early and got your farm, you will be able to assasinate most squishys. Try to find picks and ganking ALOT in the lanes where its possible. You are also insanely strong at taking drakes and rift herald alone if you have your evolved Taste Their Fear, and try to sneak a Drake then enemy is on the opposite side of the map using a Control Ward or a Oracle Lens. Now in the preaseason, the dragons are ALOT more omportant. Its honestly a huge buff to khazix, because with his evolved q and ravenous hunter, he is able to solo dragons very early in the game. If you are ahead, try and get the rift herald early on so it will respawn and you can get it twice for a easy win. Cloud and infernal souls will be the best for khazix.
Late game
You are an assasin. Try to find isolated targets, and focus the carries like a normal assasin. You are one of the strongest scaling ad assasins, you should be able to do alot in teamfights. If enemy ADC or etc is on a sidelane, try to pick her out so you can get a Baron Nashor / Elder Dragon /Teamfight and close out the game.
Tips and tricks
1. Dont always start a fight jumping into them with Leap. Often starting a gank or a pick with your Void Assault is the better option, or simply wait for them to enter the Brush . Save your Leap to their gapclosers so you can get a kill for sure.
2. Your Unseen Threat aa slows. Often start with an aa before a Taste Their Fear in a gank.
3. Throwing out your Void Spike before you Leap haves a perfect timing, and you still receive the heal from your Void Spike.
4. Evolved Void Spike applies Unseen Threat, and a hit in the beginning of a gank will help you secure the kill.
5. It is possible to leap again mid air with evolved Leap, if you get a kill while in air.
