@ Heat: I see where you're coming from, but this build sacrifices speed in the beginning for extra hp, and an added AoE damage. Rammus's Q ability already is decently fast, and able to catch up to any fleeing enemy early game. The fast you can get your 2 sunfire capes and your thornmail the faster you can start helping out your team.

Boots last? lol

well, to start you have a few problems with this build, just as some constructive criticism.
1. you get boots way too late, making your powerball not as fast as it can be, also meaning you are less mobile.
2. the idea of not buying an item at the start isnt uncommon, but you get the wrong item after. you should always either buy, boots, a ruby chrystal (which will be turned into a randuins) or if there are MANY DPS heroes (3-4) you save another 225 and get a chain armor, THAT IS THE MAX YOU WAIT.

then you build your first item, BOOTS second, then the rest of the build as shown.
that is all.. no minuses just PLEASE edit it..
