With this much runes, you can dodge at least half the times. Also in these recent patches, my friend told me Evelenn got buffed so its always a good idea to have her. Her undetectable perma stealth is possible with the items Innervating Locket and Zhonya's Ring. You will be able fountain dive and not get slained. Another thing is that you can't see yourself on the screen if you go perma stealth so you need an Oracle's Elixir to see.

You gotta, always use ignite man, always use ignite. Stack Doran's Ring because you will be so strong early game, the game would already be finished. In order to get more gold, use Brand's ultimate for minion farm. It's really fast. Use ignite on yourself to make you more powerful, come on! It's Brand!
