Threats & Synergies
I would say Nidalee has a fair advantage over Jax early game, and is not even, but can be as relevant as Jax tho. Jax outscale Nidalee hard damage wise the longer the game progress. Laning: You can keep poking early on and your E goes through his E (dodge). You can also negate his engage with your W in cougar, and just walk off and trade damage when he retreats.
Nidalee has the advantage pre 6. Also rush Brawler's and Tabi, coz you'll need that to win trade and just survive the laning. Othervise Nidalee just dominate the matchup pre 6.
Minor if not Tiny, Nidalee is a very strong pick against Illaoi, since she can clear tentacles without bringing herself in danger. She is very mobile and can dodge her tentacles slams and ulti easly.
Even-Major, this matchup is pretty skill based, because u cant really got to close, and yet u need to be to close when you finally go in for the kill. You can pretty much avoid most damage if you play it right
Can be very fustrating in the early game with his Q, you can dodge or kill his barrel if you hit the sweetspot! His Oranges can be annoying if he ruins the kill moment on your execute, but should be an even fight.
Major, if not all on extreme... Her kite straight up ruins a good Nidalee's playstyle, you cant hide in brushes and you cant jump to her or away because of her W..
Hard to lane against because you cant get close and he can just pull you in and push you all laning phase long.
Boring lane, you dont really have any threat to him, since he gets so tanky, and has a lot of ulility to deal with your kite.

Im a Nidalee top main on EUW.
I played nidalee since season 2-3 were it was a standard pick in the toplane, and has pretty much played it ever since.
I have league on and off for about 6-7 years, and just got back on the hype to react plat once more, and hpoing to get into diamond at some point in the future!!
Nidalee, I have played in around 500-600+ games over the years and is a very comfortable pick for me in top lane, but I also like to switch it up from time to another.
Hope you'll enjoy the guide and try out Nidalee in the Top lane!
If you have anything please leave some positive critisisme i can use to improve the guide or anything beside what i have mentioned further on!
Thanks a lot
She can use the tree brushes to her advantage, as cover and to proc her passive which let her poke, and stack Grasp in lane.
Level 1: You start W, which let you be safe in the early stage of the laning phase.
Level 2: You put one point in Q which let you play more aggro and have a kill potential with the Cougar Q - execute. If you have a hard matchup go E second.
Level 3: Power spike, since you get you E which let you trade and out sustain your opponent almost every time.
Nidalee is strongest early on and at level 6. Her early game she can poke and force the enemy laner out into a reset, and this is were nidalee can get her lead.
This is also one of the reason for going Demolisher in the runes, since you can force some early plates, for the free gold.
