Build 1: Standard Ranked Support
In non ranked games where your not expected to play a pure support game you can take a more aggressive approach with taric.
Attack speed and CD reduction: Provide quick cycling of heal, especially when auto attacking Champions. It also provides the ability to get multiple stuns off during a team fight. not to mention proving your ultimate's aura more often.
Aegis: This is still in the build to make him more of a utility for the team. If you want to get fancy or aren't concerned with your team you can replace that with a Soulstealer. Alternatively, if your Opponents are weak AP wise, replace Wits End with Soulstealer and keep aegis.
