Thanks for the comment. I've been thinking about a nasty machine gun build that scales from a phantom dancer and a Nashor's tooth, but...haven't gotten around to making a synergistic hybrid. Not since they removed innervating locket.

honestly, ive done a build like this, so many people -1 and said it didnt work, but it is acctualy nasty because of his passive, i know what u mean,BUT it does take awhile to get it, and ezreal's spells barely do any dmg without ad, or ap. I'd suggest trying ap, its really good.
