Very easy to snowball lane just need one kill
Her q skill has three dashes (and her e)
Every skill she has scales with AD! (Including her Passive)
Can initiate fights with her because of her 4 dashes
Can be pretty tanky even when only building AD cause of her e
Cons
Very farm dependent
When playing badly can be very tough to come back up
Late game very hard to get the job done very easy to get kited after your dashes
Almost entirely dependent on her q and e to get places
In team fights she has to jump and deal tons of damage or she's worthless
