I choose those rune so that you can kill quickly even a tank so that you don't stay in the middle of the fight for too long. Even at the begining of te game your rune will give them a hard time and give you and your team an avantage.

I pick those masteries so that at the begining you can take some damage without dying and hit pretty good too. 21-6-3 give you the chance of unleash in offence and remain alive because of your amor. the 3 last point are in time spent dead so that you can revive and kick some player quicker as possible.

Those item are the best balance for survivability because your item kill fast slow them so your teammate can nuke them and finaly with hexdrinker you will gain 300 armor just by getting hit. Doran's blade i very usefull at the begining because of is healing/damage stats and should always be pick. The hexdrinker is the core of my build because of is passive and take it ASAP.
