Introduction

Rumble the Torch is my personal build, i have been using it for a while now, this build mainly shines in 3v3 but works the same way in 5v5, well the focus in this build is on high starting damage with high survivability.

Summoner Spells

In my opinion every experienced offensive player must have exhaust especially if the other team has melee carriers as Jax or Xin, which have extraordinary damage but can be countered easily with exhaust, for the second skill i take Ignite for early game harassment, which with this build is very deadly.

Runes & Masteries

Regarding runes - i take the whole flat AP rune set for the high damage from flamespitter at the early levels and the bonus shield damage consumption.
Regarding masteries - i take the standard caster setup at offensive tree for the extra AP and magic penetration, and i take the whole defensive tree as i may not look, very squishy, so i really can use the bonus survivability it gives me.

Skill Sequence

Here i may get judged and i was getting *****ed about this a lot from players at start but when they saw the extraordinary damage and harassment i was giving the other team they forgot about this, the thing i am talking about is that i don't take e-harpoon till level 13, well the reason is that i don't need it 90% of the time and its a waste of a level i could throw in my main 2 skills, the reason i don't need it cause flamespitters range is way bigger then most people realize the radius of damage it gives exceeds a bit the radius that showed by the game and as you got the speed boost from the scarp shield almost non stop before you heat up its you just chase your targets to death without getting too scared of torrents, so if you do not use e-harpoon you achieve almost non stop flamespitter and scarpshield for a long duration before you heat up.

Gameplay

From level 1 till 5 you are a walking 24/7 harassment, you roam your lane like a dragon farming minions and harassing enemy champions, the right way to do it with this build is like this - when you farm minions you tend to torch the enemy champions what makes the minions aggro you, so you do it like this - you torch both the champion and the minis when flamespitter is almost out you get your shield up and with the speed boost retreat away back till the minis aggro out the back again, this way you will be almost full hp when you have amazing amount of mini kills and the enemy champions will be around 30% when you see this situation, you should combo up with flamespitter-exhust-ignite-scarpshield-flamespitter-scarpshield and rape even 2 enemy champions at time, don't be afraid to dive a bit under their torrent and before the torrent gets a hit on you rush away with the speed boost from the shield.
From the level 6 and up you do it the same way just you start up with the equalizer it starting at the enemy champion and leaving a trail at his back off route so when he runs away he gets very high damage from the DOT it leaves.
