🔥 Rychie's Flame On 🔥 | Phoenix Udyr Jungle | 12.12

By Rychie
Hello everyone!

I'm Rychie an Udyr main from NA!! I have been maining jungle since season 9 and absolutely love this role. Udyr is one of the most versatile champions, having a viable AD path and AP path. This guide will explore his AP path which I find superior in many situations. I've added some links below where you can find me. Thank you so much for checking out my guide!

If you appreciate the hard work that went into this guide, please give it a +1 and drop a comment!

Best regards.

Here are some things to note on this pre-season in regards to Phoenix Stance Udyr!
  • TBA!!
My preferred bans: Graves

Good luck everyone this patch!

F.A.Q.

Why start Tiger Stance?

Early game Wilding Claw is way stronger than Wingborne Storm. It allows Udyr to full clear prior to Rift Scuttler spawn at 3:15. At level 4 you will have one point in tiger, two points in phoenix and one point in bear stance. Your dueling ability is far superior than most junglers and can handle any one verse one. The combination of both stances is equivalent to Tiamat clear speeds and allows for strong invades.

Would you ever go Tiger Stance and Phoenix Stance hybrid leveling in a game?

This can be a viable option when going Conqueror/ Phase Rush/ Aftershock with Trinity Force or Divine Sunderer. Especially with cloud soul and Dead Man's Plate, one to three point in Blazing Stampede would feel fine. Some games I will have only one point in Iron Mantle and max Blazing Stampede third especially with mountain soul. I have found much success in this hybrid build below. Some matches maxing Wilding Claw then Wingborne Storm would be favorable in certain matchups like Kindred or Master Yi. Hybrid Udyr is very viable but also keep in mind each game is different.

RESOLVE
Aftershock: The strongest keystone when it comes to Tank Phoenix Udyr. It allows him to soak in damage and remain relatively tanky due to the resistances. The only ability that will activate aftershock is bear stance. The other two keystones, Grasp of the Undying and Guardian are not viable at this time for jungle Udyr and should be avoided.

The resistances gained only last for 2.5 seconds with a 20 second cooldown. Be mindful as Udyr weaves in and out of teamfights and make sure you get the most value. Aftershock will likely be used once per teamfight.
Shield Bash: Of the three runes, Shield Bash is the most useful, second to Demolish. Shield bash will be used more often in games and synergies well with Iron Mantle, giving Udyr some additional dueling stats. Demolish would work well if Udyr has the opportunity to obtain early tower plates.
Conditioning: This is the preferred option in most situations due to the free armor and magic resistance. Bone Plating and Second Wind are more useful in lane than in the jungle.
Unflinching: The order of usefulness goes Unflinching > Revitalize > Overgrowth. The slow resistance and tenacity is vital and allow for Udyr to stick to their opponents. Revitalize can be an option if enemy team does not have much crowd control and it compliments Iron Mantle. Generally, overgrowth is better for true tanks and not very optimal for Udyr.
Attack speed, adaptive, and armor rune are my preferred rune choices. Not much variation other than health rune over armor. If the enemy composition is AP heavy then magic resistance would be an alternative. Personally, the extra resistances early game provide more value.

PRECISION
Conqueror: This is one of the best keystones for Phoenix Udyr in the Precision tree. It's better for extended fights and fits the weaving playstyle. Since Wingborne Storm active counts as 2 conqueror stacks, one auto would yield 4 stacks total. The overall scaling of the keystone is unbeatable.

Press the Attack: This keystone is better for Wilding Claw max due to the burst potential with consecutive tiger dots against sustain champions. In some matchups, PTA hybrid Udyr is better, maxing tiger first and phoenix second. Examples include Master Yi and Olaf. In other games, Conqueror hybrid Udyr phoenix max first and tiger second would be fine.

Lethal Tempo: This keystone has worked in some situations with Divine Sunderer to add in attack speed otherwise obtained trough Trinity Force.
Triumph: The best of the three is Triumph. Presence of Mind and Overheal is not recommended. When using Precision as a secondary tree I usually prefer Triumph as well.
Legend: Tenacity: The preferred option of the three with Legend: Alacrity coming at second. Unless there is no crowd control on the enemy team, tenacity is preferred since Udyr’s main weakness is being kited and locked down. Secondary tree options I prefer Legend: Alacrity over Legend: Tenacity if I already have Unflinching for tenacity.
Last Stand: In most situations, Last Stand will get utilitized more often in a game over Coup de Grace since the threshold for is much higher. Coup de Grace is more useful in Wilding Claw max. Cut Down may be useful with super tanks on the enemy team such as Cho'Gath.

In general, Aftershock tends to be better in a tank build utilizing Sunfire Aegis/ Turbo Chemtank and Lich Bane as a core. If your team requires a front line in any way this option would be viable. Some jungle matchups or team compositions that include high amounts of crowd control is where I would also lean towards aftershock. Conqueror combined with Trinity Force/ Divine Sunderer allowing for a bruiser carry playstyle against matchups with low amounts of crowd control. One verse one potential is unmatched. If Resolve is primary tree then Precision is secondary, or vice versa.

This keystone is another option to be used with Trinity Force/ Divine Sunderer or Sunfire Aegis/ Turbo Chemtank for maximum anti-kiting and stickiness. Team compositions with heavy mobile champions would suit this set of runes. Nimbus Cloak synergizes well with Challenging Smite and Chilling Smite. In this situation, Flash could be argued over Ghost. Celerity and Waterwalking allows for better objective rotations and gap closing. Transcendence is not a bad option either for early cool down reduction. I tend to go Precision secondary for Legend: Tenacity access. Another option is Domination running Cheap Shot and Ravenous Hunter. With Phase Rush, games past 30 minutes will start to run out of your favor.

FLASH
VS

GHOST

The age old debate with Ghost versus Flash. There are many scenarios to consider when choosing between the two. With Wingborne Storm Udyr my preference is ghost more often. It provides better gap closing for ganks and slippery ADCs such as Lucian, Tristana, Kai'Sa, etc., without the punishment of such a high cooldown.

There are disadvantages with ghost. Firstly, you have no good quick escape or the ability to flash over a wall for a potential objective seal. Second, flashing over enemy front lines to reach a carry is better at times than attempting to run past them ghosted with all the crowd control possible to stop you. Thirdly, flash is very useful to avoid potential game changing wombo engages such as Malphite ultimate, Unstoppable Force, or dodging abilities such as Lux Q, Light Binding, during a gank. It usually comes down to personal preference.
HAILBLADE
Chilling Smite: The preferred jungle item for Udyr. It synergizes with his kite and helps with gap closing any champion that may kite him out. Champion including but not limited to Graves, Hecarim, Nunu & Willump, Nidalee, Lillia, etc. Compositions with many heavy mobility champions would be a good scenario to consider.
EMBERKNIFE
Challenging Smite: Situational option for matchups that involve heavy dueling. I prefer red smite for champions such as Master Yi, Rengar, Trundle, Olaf, etc. If an allied team has enough hard crowd control this option becomes more viable as well. Against compositions that have tons of engage, the extra combat stats can be more beneficial over the utility of Chilling Smite.

MYTHIC
SUNFIRE AEGIS
Sunfire Aegis is a great option for Tank Phoenix Udyr. It allows him to have even faster camp clear speeds and once the passive ramps up, it provides bursts of AoE damage. The mythic passive gives tenacity and slow resistance which helps with Udyr's primary weaknesses, crowd control and being out-kited. My core items for Aftershock Phoenix Udyr are Sunfire Aegis, and Lich Bane.
TURBO CHEMTANK
The tank mythic alternative to Sunfire Aegis in Tank Phoenix Stance Uydr. Usually followed up with Lich Bane and Dead Man's Plate as core items. Turbo Chemtank is a cheaper engage option. The active is very useful in catching enemy teammates off guard and creating picks. Some games I will lean on this item against heavy kiting team compositions such as Lucian and Lillia where I have to be the front line tank where otherwise I could of went Stridebreaker.
FROSTFIRE GAUNTLET
Iceborn Gauntlet is a great mythic for all stance options above. The passive provides additional HP per legendary and increased size which gives a larger hit bot range for his auto attacks. Keep in mind, the change in range due to champion size, is relative to the champion's center and not an attack range stat increase. The slow is very useful for overall anti-kiting. The health passive is also great against FLAT true damage champions or items such as Master Yi's Wuju Style, Camille's Precision Protocol, Olaf's Reckless Swing, etc. or Kraken Slayer, Riftmaker, etc. On the contrary, avoid Frostfire against champions and mythic abusers that deal PERCENT maximum health damage such as Vayne's Silver Bolts, Fiora's Duelist's Dance, etc., and Liandry's Torment, Demonic Embrace, etc. A solution to this problem would be adding legendary items with no health stats after Iceborn Gauntlet, such as Gargoyle Stoneplate, Wit's End, Frozen Heart, etc.
TRINITY FORCE
A bruiser mythic option for Phoenix Hybrid Stance Udyr running Conqueror or Phase Rush. It provides him with everything he needs and uses. The mythic passive grants additional ability haste, attack damage and movement speed per legendary. This is usually followed by Sterak's Gage since Udyr tends to be squishy with this path. The mythic has good scaling into mid-late game.
DIVINE SUNDERER
The bruiser mythic of choice for compositions containing two or more bruisers/tanks running Conqueror, Phase Rush, or Aftershock. The mythic passive grants additional armor/magic penetration per legendary which is super great in Hybrid Udyr. Think of Sunderer as a better Trinity Force. I will even prefer this item if there is only one "super tank" such as Cho'Gath, Malphite, etc.
DIVINE SUNDERER
The bruiser mythic of choice for compositions containing heavy kiting champions in Conqueror or Phase Rush. The active allows for a gap closer and slow for an otherwise hard to catch foe. Examples of this could include Kindred and Graves. The passive allows for additional movement speed per legendary. I personally would lean on Flash over Ghost with this mythic.

LEGENDARY
LICH BANE
One of the core items in my tank builds. This will usually be my only magic damage item. It provides a burst of damage from the Sheen proc and combined with phoenix stance you really do not need any additional damage itemizations. I usually buy the sheen component first.
NASHOR'S TOOTH
This item provides attack speed and ability power of which Udyr utilizes both. If the game is snowballing, this can add more fuel to the fire. This is the second magic damage item of choice after Lich Bane.
MEJAI'S SOULSTEALER
Dark Seal is something I use to continue a snowball in a game. Mejai is something I build if I know death is not likely. I will usually not upgrade the item from Dark Seal unless I have at least 10 stacks. Some games, upgrading, even at 10 stacks, could be a bad idea. Always analyze game state. Dark seal is usually purchased early on alongside Bami's Cinder.

DEAD MAN'S PLATE
Usually combines really well with Trinity Force/ Divine Sunderer in the Conqueror or Phase Rush builds. It provides speed, enemy slow, tank/health stats, and damage on-hit. Very good item against an attack damage heavy composition.
RANDUIN'S OMEN
Useful item for Udyr against heavy AD composition that reduces critical strike chance and attack damage. The active slows champions which synergizes well. This item is usually built over Frozen Heart since damage reduction is usually better in most situations over attack speed reduction. Frozen Heart is great against more on-hit champions or non-crit compositions.
THORNMAIL
Useful item for Conqueror, Aftershock and Phase Rush builds. Almost necessary due to the amount of healing in the game. Immobilizing champions also grants grievous wounds now so it could be beneficial to finish the item instead of buying Bramble Vest and waiting.

FORCE OF NATURE
I tend to lean for Force of Nature in the Conqueror or Phase Rush build due to the increased resistances over Spirit Visage and movement speed passive which fits the playstyle of this build. Some games I will build both for heavy AP compositions. Wit's End for situational magic resistance itemization in Conqueror/ Phase Rush build.
SPIRIT VISAGE
I tend to build Spirit Visage in the Aftershock build. It compliments Iron Mantle's healing and shields. If there is a healer on your team such as Nami, the pros and cons will have to be weighed between this and Force of Nature. It compliments the tank playstyle of the rune page.
WIT'S END
A great offensive item with a mix of magic resistance. The new Wit's End has the old phage which grants movement speed for additional stickiness. I usually lean towards building this item in Conqueror/ Phase Rush Phoenix Hybrid Udyr.
MAW OF MALMORTIUS
This item can be great against heavy AP team compositions that can burst you down. It grants access to the unique passive, Lifeline. Unfortunately, Sterak's Gage shares the same unique passive thus you can not have both.
ABYSSAL MASK
This item is not purchased often but can work well in the Aftershock build against a full magic damage composition. I would suggest this option if Volibear needs some damage components. If heavy magic resistance is a high priority, there are better options. It synergizes well in compositions that have a lot of AoE champions like Anivia, Brand or Zyra.

STERAK'S GAGE
A great option for all rune pages if you want more tankiness without having to buy resistances. Udyr gains health, AD and a shield. Overall this item scales very well with him. Be mindful of shield break champions such as Blitzcrank and Renekton. Sterak's Gage and Gargoyle Stoneplate shields are great against countering true damage.
GARGOYLE STONEPLATE
In combination with Sterak's Gage can allow Udyr to soak up a massive amount of damage due to the health shield and resistances. Front lining will not be an issue with this item. It is situational for all rune pages for Phoenix Udyr. Be mindful of shield break champions such as Blitzcrank and Renekton. Sterak's Gage and Gargoyle Stoneplate shields are great against countering true damage.
KNIGHT'S VOW
A very cost efficient support item that Udyr can pick up if really far behind. Not ideal since Udyr tends to do better in games he snowballs but some games falling behind is possible. He can act as an additional support for his carries.
SILVERMERE DAWN
This is a great legendary item against crowd control debuffs (except airbourne). Once activated it grants slow resistance and tenacity. This situational item is great against Skarner's Impale, Malzahar's Nether Grasp, Mordekaiser's Realm of Death, Fiddlesticks's Terrify, etc. I will usually buy the Quicksilver Sash component and finish the item later.
BLACK CLEAVER
A situational item that is useful against champions that stack armor against your team. This may happen if you have a larger AD composition. The champions that come to mind are Rammus, Sejuani, Malphite, Cho'Gath, etc. I will build it unless someone else on the team is building this item, such as a top laner, or you have a tank killer, such as Darius, Fiora, Vayne, Kog'Maw, etc. This legendary has one of the highest ability hastes in the game. Synergizes well with Iceborn Gauntlet and Divine Sunderer.
TITANIC HYDRA
Situational item in Conqueror/ Phase Rush build. Provides bonus % attack damage, health and insane clear speeds in combination with Wingborne Storm. If Udyr is snowballing heavily this could be an option after Trinity Force/ Divine Sunderer. Built for more splitting. Titanic is generally better than Ravenous Hydra due to Udyr's "stat stick" nature.
BLADE OF THE RUINED KING
A legendary item with the gold value of a mythic. BotRK is a situational item in Conqueror/ Phase Rush build that helps against champions that stack health. The unique passive, Siphon, also grants movement speed and an enemy target slow for additional stickiness.

BOOTS / ELIXIR
MERCURY'S TREADS
Usually the boot of choice for all rune builds for Udyr. His main weakness is crowd control which +30% tenacity helps with. Heavier AP compositions will lean you towards this option as well.

PLATED STEELCAPS
This boot option should be purchased with a heavy AD composition and minimal crowd control.

BOOTS OF SWIFTNESS
This is the third and least used option for Udyr. Should be used for compositions with little to no crowd control and the plan is for split pushing with good rotational speeds if necessary. I usually will always buy this against Ashes and Jannas.

ELIXIR OF IRON
The most common Elixir for Aftershock, Conqueror, and Phase Rush due to the extra health, tenacity, size and unique passive for team follow up on engage.
ELIXIR OF WRATH
Second most common option for Udyr. It increased damage and overall physical vamp. Ideal for split pushing and much less teamfighting. Udyr already does tons of damage. I usually lean towards this Elixir use in Conqueror and Phase Rush builds.

TL:DR

Tank Phoenix: If Udyr has to be the front line tank or against heavy crowd control team compositions, I will lean on Sunfire Aegis into Lich Bane. Replace Sunfire with Turbo Chemtank if Udyr is very behind or enemy composition has too much mobility such as Lucian and Lillia. Turbo Chemtank has great utility to engage and lockdown targets. Build situationally afterwards. Iceborn Gauntlet is a great tank option as well giving anti-kite, anti-mobility, and health scaling. Aftershock, Conqueror and Phase Rush are viable.

Bruiser Phoenix: If Udyr is running bruiser with Conqueror, Phase Rush or Aftershock, I lean on Trinity Force against squishy compositions or Divine Sunderer for compositions with two of more bruisers/tanks. If they have one "super tank" such as Cho'Gath, Malphite, etc., I will also lean more on Divine Sunderer. If the composition contains very heavy kiting champions such as Lillia, Lucian, Kindred, etc., I will lean towards Stridebreaker. Build situational afterwards. Sterak's Gage, Titanic Hydra and Wit's End synergies very well with this bruiser path. Last item Gargoyle Stoneplate is a great way to round out the build with resistances and bulk in a late game situation.

Hybrid Phoenix & Tiger: This is a leveling path that can be chosen for Aftershock, Conqueror, and Phase Rush. This is match and playstyle dependent. Udyr tends to be more of a bruiser in this case, leaning on only W or E for third max. No one game will be the same if Udyr is to be optimized appropriately. In Tank Phoenix, R - E - W are usually leveled with only one point in Q.

Udyr has one of the best clear speeds in the game starting at level 1. The first point goes into Wilding Claw with the second and third point going into Wingborne Storm. Blazing Stampede is achieved at level 4. This skill order is the same for all rune build paths. The initial first clear goes as follows:

Phoenix stance works great with red side camps and red buff will keep you very healthy throughout that quadrant. Double phoenix yields a faster clear. Tiger stance works great with blue side camps due to the single target damage. Double dotting with tiger is important for blue and group. Gromp will restore health and mana upon death. Do not forget to clear Blue Sentinel and Gromp together at level 3. This will save you easily 5 seconds. This is 5 seconds you could be on the map doing something else. You should be almost full health at the end of the clear just in time for rift scuttler at 3:15.

If Udyr is on the red team, I do tend to attempt a Blue Sentinel and Gromp invade if I can get away with it. This initial clear goes as follows:

If Udyr is on the blue team, I could attempt an invade Red Brambleback and Raptor steal if I can get away with it. Always try to leave one raptor if possible. Use Tiger for the last few raptors. Save smite and rotate to blue side full clear into bottom scuttle. Smite gromp and the rift scuttler .

Some games Udyr will have to prioritize starting on Blue Sentinel . This path goes as follows:

TL:DR

Initial clear path is situational. The examples provided here are just some. General rule of thumb, Udyr has an easier time ganking melee versus melee lanes or lanes with follow up crowd control. Find out which lanes you would like to prioritized and six camp full clear in that direction. Some games you can rush level 3 with both buffs and gromp against an earlier invading jungler such as Xin Zhao or Graves.

EKKO
Ekko tends to be a difficult match up. Early invade and ambush if possible. Countergank and stun him before he can reach his W, avoiding the stun yourself. Avoid the third hit on his passive to prevent his moment speed. After level 6, keep track of his shadow from his ultimate. Pull dragons out of the pit to avoid the 50/50 smite over the wall.
KEYSTONE: Aftershock > Conqueror
MYTHIC: Sunfire Aegis or Turbo Chemtank
ELISE
Elise is the definition of “feast or famine.” She will fall off unless a lead is gained early on. Countergank her since she excels in early level three tower dives/ganks. Phoenix Udyr will outfarm and outscale. Dodge the Cocoon when possible. Deep ward and force objectives when she is on opposite sides of the map.
KEYSTONE: Aftershock
MYTHIC: Sunfire Aegis or Turbo Chemtank
EVELYNN
Evelynn is super weak in the jungle prior to level 6. Invade and ambush her. Contest rift scuttler s. Control Wards will help deter any potential flanks mid to late game. Take advantage of her weaker early game to apply map pressure with ganks, dragons, and rift herald .
KEYSTONE: Aftershock
MYTHIC: Sunfire Aegis or Turbo Chemtank
GRAVES
Graves is a relatively easy matchup. Figure out which side of the map he is starting with a Stealth Ward and mirror him. Phoenix Udyr has even, if not better, clear speeds than Graves. Try to ambush him when possible when he has no stacks of Grit. Countergank him and aim for short trades. His ganks are relatively easy to spot coming.
KEYSTONE: Phase Rush > Conqueror
MYTHIC: Divine Sunderer > Turbo Chemtank > Stridebreaker
HECARIM
Hecarim is relatively weak early game. Ambush him and stun him out of his E and he will be useless. Invade him while his E is on cooldown and he will not be able to escape pre-6. The longer Hecarim is in teamfights, the stronger he is due to his Q stacking passive.
KEYSTONE: Conqueror or Aftershock > Phase Rush
MYTHIC: Sunfire Aegis or Turbo Chemtank > Divine Sunderer
KAYN: SHADOW ASSASSIN
Kayn, Shadow Assassin, is the easier of the two forms. He is weak early game so look to ambush him in the river and countergank squishy laners. He tends to run Electrocute or Dark Harvest. Avoid his W at all cost and you should win the fight. Contest rift scuttler s. Save your stun for when he tries to escape through the wall or attempts to assassin your carries.
KEYSTONE: Press the Attack > Conqueror > Aftershock > Phase Rush
MYTHIC: Sunfire Aegis or Turbo Chemtank
KAYN: RHAAST
Kayn, Rhaast, is the harder of the two forms. He is weak early game so look to ambush him in the river and countergank. He will gladly fight you for form. Avoid his W and look to burst him down. Rhaast usually runs Conqueror. Avoid stacking health. Grievous wounds is a must. Run through his Q or away. If he uses ultimate on you, run to your allies and avoid proximity to walls.
KEYSTONE: Press the Attack > Conqueror > Phase Rush
MYTHIC: Divine Sunderer > Sunfire Aegis or Turbo Chemtank
KHA'ZIX
Kha'Zix is weaker pre-6 and wins all one versus one isolated fights after level 6. To prevent isolated damage and effects stay near allies or minions. He will gain a powerspike once he obtains Duskblade of Draktharr. Try to abuse his weaker state before then and countergank when possible. Do not sneak objectives unless you know where he is with deep wards.
KEYSTONE: Aftershock > Phase Rush
MYTHIC: Sunfire Aegis or Turbo Chemtank
LILLIA
Lillia is a harder matchup due to her mobility. I will usually run Ghost and Phase Rush just so Udyr can keep up with her. She is weaker early game pre-6. Invade her when possible and countergank. Dodge her E and purchase Mercury's Treads.
KEYSTONE: Phase Rush > Aftershock
MYTHIC: Turbo Chemtank > Stridebreaker
MASTER YI
Master Yi is one of the easiest matchups. Save your E for his W. I recommend going hybrid Udyr and maxing tiger before phoenix. Yi has a weak early game so invade and contest scuttles. Deep ward. The less resources available to him, the better. Countergank him once he is desperate for tempo and resources. Keep stacking damage legendary items once you have sustained a lead.
KEYSTONE: Press the Attack > Conqueror
HYBRID STANCE ORDER: Wilding Claw > Wingborne Storm
MYTHIC: Trinity Force > Divine Sunderer
NUNU & WILLUMP
Nunu & Willump is a tougher matchup due to his ability to spam gank. Encourage teammates to deep ward early to avoid early ganks. Invade him early on when possible to punish time spent on ganks. Otherwise, countergank if nearby and the 2v2 is favorable. Post-6 save your E to cancel his ultimate. Avoid his E if possible to prevent his Aftershock. Phase Rush Nunu is very squishy. Do not attempt dragons/ rift herald with him alive or unzoned 100% due to his Q + smite.
KEYSTONE: Aftershock > Conqueror
MYTHIC: Sunfire Aegis or Turbo Chemtank
OLAF
Olaf is a tougher matchup if played incorrectly. Focus on ambushing him when he is able to be stunned pre-6 or post 6 without ultimate. Bear into tiger, proc press the attack, and kite him while dodging his axes. I recommend hybrid Udyr, maxing tiger before phoenix. Force him to ultimate and have your teammates burst him down with your PTA activated.
KEYSTONE: Press the Attack > Conqueror > Aftershock
HYBRID STANCE ORDER: Wilding Claw > Wingborne Storm
MYTHIC: Divine Sunderer > Sunfire Aegis or Turbo Chemtank
REK'SAI
Rek'Sai is relatively easy if she is stunned before she knocks up Udyr, activating aftershock and absorbing all of her burst damage. Phoenix stance, out farms her and out trades her. Try to ambush or sneak objectives by standing still so she cannot see you through Tremor senses. Countergank.
KEYSTONE: Aftershock
MYTHIC: Sunfire Aegis or Turbo Chemtank
RENGAR
Rengar is a relatively easy matchup if you avoid fighting him around bushes. Aftershock is nice in this sense to absorb all of his burst damage if he happens to force one around a bush. Phoenix and tiger should easily burst him down. If he empowers his Q or E, he will not be able to cleanse Udyr’s E.
KEYSTONE: Aftershock > Conqueror
MYTHIC: Sunfire Aegis or Turbo Chemtank
VIEGO
Viego being one of the newest junglers in the game is very easy for Phoenix Udyr. He has a poor early game so invade and ambush whenever possible. You should be able to outfarm him and countergank him as well especially with his W and E on cooldown. An early Oracle Lens can help track him in his E. Udyr’s corpse is fairly useless for Viego since he cannot access phoenix.
KEYSTONE: Phase Rush > Conqueror
MYTHIC: Trinity Force > Divine Sunderer

DISCLAIMER

Champion advice given here should be taken in ideal situations. Each game will be different and priorities in lane judge whether or not invading is an option. Some games it is better to camp an enemy win condition than to invade a weak early game jungler. Always preemptively formulate a plan during loading screen but also be able to change the plan if situations arise. Build paths and mythic options are subjected to change depending on the final team compositions on both sides.
